The Falcons signed Nash to the practice squad Wednesday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Nash put together a 12/136/0 stat line across three preseason games. He wasn't able to crack the Falcons' 53-man roster, but the undrafted rookie out of San Jose State will remain in the organization as part of the team's practice squad. Nash is a candidate to be elevated to the active roster should the Falcons require depth at wide receiver.

UDFA to watch for in Atlanta
Nick Baumgardner of The Athletic lists Nash as one of his top post-draft gems and thinks he could earn a spot on Atlanta's roster heading into training camp.
ANALYSIS
Nash transitioned from quarterback to wide receiver in 2022, and over his final two seasons at San Jose State he logged 152 catches for 2,110 yards and 24 touchdowns in 25 games. It's an uphill battle for undrafted free agents to stick with a team throughout the summer, but Nash proved to be productive out of the slot and has the type of catch radius that should catch the eyes of coaches during OTAs and minicamp. A strong showing during offseason programs could earn Nash a spot on the Falcons' 90-man roster for training camp.
