Robertson lost to Miranda Maverick via unanimous decision (27-30, 27-30, 28-29) at UFC 260 on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
It was another uneven performance by Robertson, once again led by her complete inability to remain competitive on the feet. Robertson is a legitimate threat on the mat and proved that here in Round 2, but she has no stopping power in her hands and is unable to make up ground if she falls behind on the judges scorecards (as she did on Saturday). Robertson has fought 10 times since making her company debut back in December 2017 and her willingness to constantly step into the Octagon has value for a company which holds an event seemingly every week, but the soon-to-be 26-year-old Canadian is settling in as nothing more than roster depth in one of the UFC's thinnest divisions.

Robertson lost to Taila Santos via unanimous decision (26-30, 26-30, 28-29) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
In Robertson's defense, it's difficult to generate any sort of offense when you spend the entirety of the fight being controlled on the mat. Robertson started slowly and got no better as the fight progressed. Her inability to separate from Santos and get herself into advantageous positions is highly concerning in a fight in which she entered as a -145 favorite. Robertson has made a name for herself beating up on lesser competition, but there is nothing here to suggest she is any sort of legitimate contender at 125 pounds. Robertson is still just 25 years old and boasts a strong 6-3 record with the company, but the Canadian is just 2-2 in her past four fights dating back to October 2019.
