Defeats Marion Reneau

Chiasson defeated Marion Reneau via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) at UFC Vegas 22 on Saturday.
The first round was very competitive in what was mainly a striking battle. Reneau landed more volume, but Chiasson's shots were more impactful. Round 2 was much more straightforward for Chiasson. She hurt Reneau multiple times during the round and ended in top position. During Round 3, it was competitive during the beginning and middle. Still, Macy secured a trip takedown that secured her top position for the rest of the round, where she landed significant damage.
Fight rescheduled again

Chiasson's fight against Marion Reneau will now take place March 20 instead of Feb. 27, Marcel Dorff of MMADNA reports.
Reneau announced the date change on her Instagram as it will be the second time this month the fight has gotten moved. The two were originally supposed to meet Feb. 6 but Reneau tested positive for COVID-19 a few days before so the UFC pushed it back another three weeks. The reasoning for it being rescheduled again has not been revealed as Chiasson will now have to wait about another month before she enters the Octagon for the first time in over a year.

Chiasson will now take on Marion Reneau in a bantamweight matchup at a UFC event scheduled for Feb. 27, Aaron Bronsteter of reports.
Chiasson and Reneau were initially scheduled to face off Feb. 6, but the fight was postponed after Reneau tested positive for COVID-19, reports. Chiasson is coming off a win over Shanna Young via unanimous decision at UFC Rio Rancho in February of 2020, while Reneau has dropped her last three fights, most recently losing to Raquel Pennington via unanimous decision in June. Chiasson has advantages in both height and reach.

Chiasson (undisclosed) is set to face Marion Reneau in a bantamweight matchup on Feb. 6, reports.
Chiassion was forced to withdraw from her scheduled September fight against Sijara Eubanks for undisclosed reasons, but the issue has evidently since passed. Chiasson bounced back from her first professional loss with a unanimous decision victory over Shanna Young in her most recent fight in February. She'll be facing an opponent in Marion Reneau who has lost three straight fights since her most recent victory, which came back in February of 2018.

Chiasson has withdrawn from her fight against Sijara Eubanks for an undisclosed reason, Raphael Marinho of reports.
There was no reason for Chiasson's withdrawal. Karol Rosa will take her place in the September 5 bout. Chiasson will have to wait to make her UFC debut.
