Barely sneaks by Katyln Chookagian at UFC 231
FlyweightUFC
December 8, 2018
Eye defeated Katlyn Chookagian via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28) at UFC 231 on Saturday in Toronto.
ANALYSIS
Apparently Eye feels that another mediocre performance that she might not have even deserved to win is grounds for a shot at the winner of tonight's UFC Women's Flyweight Championship fight between Valentina Shevchenko and Joanna Jedrzejczyk. Nearly five years into her UFC career, Eye has barely improved. She's tough and does a nice job of pushing forward, but she's a one-dimensional boxer with zero (she doesn't have a single career win via knockout) stopping power. Eye would find herself as a monumental underdog if the company (foolishly) grants her request for a title shot.

Headed to Singapore for second flyweight bout
FlyweightUFC
April 16, 2018
Eye will take on Jessica-Rose Clark in a flyweight matchup at UFC Singapore on June 23, MMAFighting.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Eye had been riding a four-fight losing streak in the bantamweight division, but moved down to the newly-created flyweight class in January and picked up a victory over Kalindra Faria. Though it was merely a split decision, this represents a chance for the 31-year-old Eye to begin a fresh run in a new division. The weight cut might get a little tougher for Eye, but she'll enter the cage with a slight advantage in both height and reach, while holding a major advantage in experience. Rose-Clark has just two UFC fights to her name, both victories.
Stops four-fight losing streak with her wrestling

Eye defeated Kalindra Faria via unanimous decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28) at UFC Fight Night on Sunday in St. Louis.
ANALYSIS
Eye had her moments in this fight, but it was far from a flawless performance. She ate big powers shots in the first and third rounds, but she managed to survive. Eye's best round came in the second. She took the back early in the round and managed to hold it for over three minutes. In the final round, Faria once again got the best of the striking. However, Eye pulled out the decision with a pair of late takedowns. This win stops a four-fight losing streak that dates back to 2015.
Fight against Paige Vanzant scrapped
FlyweightUFC
September 25, 2017
Eye will no longer face Paige Vanzant at UFC 216 on Oct. 7, as VanZant was forced to withdraw due to a back injury, MMAFighting.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Eye not only loses an opponent with plenty of drawing power, but according to Brett Okamoto of ESPN, the UFC is not actively looking for a replacement, which would leave her off the card entirely. It's a tough break for Eye, who had been looking to get back on track from a four-fight losing streak. It's unclear when her next fight might be booked.
