Vicario had a tough Premier League campaign, one where he kept just four clean sheets and conceded 37 goals. He missed a good chunk of the season due to an ankle injury, but he still did not perform to his expectations. He played much better in the Europa League though, keeping four clean sheets -- including one in the final -- and conceding five goals across nine appearances on his way to winning the competition. Although Vicario has made some highlight saves across his first two seasons with Spurs, he will need to be much more consistent next season or the club may begin to look for a replacement.
