2025 Fantasy Outlook
Branthwaite is coming off another solid campaign for Everton, one where he kept eight clean sheets and recorded one assist across 28 starts. He would have played more, but he missed the first three months of the campaign due to a nagging groin injury. He also missed the final match due to a hamstring injury, but that's not expected to linger into next season. Branthwaite, alongside his running mate James Tarkowski, has been excellent on defense the past few seasons, and there is no reason to expect that to change during the 2025/26 campaign. That consistency, along with being an active target on set pieces, makes him a solid fantasy option for next season.

Out to face Leeds United
Branthwaite (hamstring) is out for Monday's game against Leeds United, manager David Moyes told media during his pre-match press conference Friday. "Jarrad picked up an injury in training so unfortunately we are going to miss him. These things happen."
ANALYSIS
The star center-back picked up an injury in training earlier this week, and his absence will leave a huge void at the back for the Toffees. This means Michael Keane will likely partner with James Tarkowski at center-back, although Jake O'Brien could also be an option if he slides from his natural right-back role. The extent of the injury isn't fully known, so it's unclear if Branthwaite will be ready to return for Everton's subsequent match against Brighton on Sunday, Aug. 24.
