Stepping in as replacement

It was announced Friday that Paul will be replacing Frances Tiafoe (illness) on the Washington Kastles' squad after Tiafoe tested positive for Covid-19 on July 4, Stephanie Myles of Open Court reports.
ANALYSIS
Paul will be the successor for Tiafoe after the 22-year-old American tested positive for the Coronavirus last week at the All-American Team Cup. Having last competed at the Australian Open back in January, Paul will join the Kastles, who have their first match in the WTT on Monday against the New York Empire.
