Best NFL Preseason Picks for Friday, August 15

Best NFL Picks current as of 4:30 PM ET Friday.

Jalen Milroe 25.5 Rush Yards (More - PrizePicks)

Like last time we're rolling with quarterback rushing yards, and we're not buying low on this occasion, as Milton did what he does in the opener, nearly hitting the 40-yard mark on the ground. I think the rookie keeps getting extended time, and I don't think the Seahawks will hold him back in terms of rushing attempts.

Emory Jones 69.5 Passing Yards (Higher - Underdog Fantasy)

A scary injury limited the opportunities for Jones last week, but he still went 4-of-5 for 49 yards through the air. He now gets a crack at Tennessee's reserves, which allowed Kyle Trask to do work in the opener. I like the number here, particularly with Jones getting a discount on Underdog.

Elijah Dotson 20.5 Rushing Yards (Higher - Underdog Fantasy)

Three running backs should see action for the Falcons, and I think Dotson gets more work than he saw last time out. In fact, I think he will get extended run, and I'm once again picking on the third- and fourth-stringers on the Titans defense.

Damien Martinez 23.5 Rush Yards (More - PrizePicks)

I'm doing my favorite thing here and buying low on a guy I believe will be an efficient backup for years to come. He played the most snaps last week and came in after George Holani but had a rough go of it, racking up just 10 rushing yards on six carries. I think we see a much better performance from Martinez this time around.
