The 2021 third-round pick then joined the Jaguars on a two-year, $5 million deal during the offseason. Acquired in the trade that sent Jalen Ramsey to Miami, the second-year bruiser spent the vast majority of his snaps for the Dolphins as a blocker, and saw just one target over 101 snaps in 2022. Tyler Higbee and Brycen Hopkins are entrenched as the starting tight ends, and the Rams rarely utilized any depth tight ends (29 total snaps outside the starting two tight ends in 2022), which leaves little hope for Long to make much of an impact in Year 3.
