Stat Table Key

Weekly stats (first six columns)

  • Snap = % of team snaps that player was on the field for
  • Route = route share (routes run / QB dropbacks)
  • RUSHING = rushing line
  • RECEIVE = receiving line
  • Tgt = targets
  • AY = Air Yards

2025 Season Stats (final five columns)

  • Sn'25 = snap share for the season
  • Rt'25 = route share for the season
  • TPRR = Targets per Route Run
  • TS = Percentage of team's targets
  • AYS = Percentage of team's air yards

The final five columns of each stat table below (written in italics) show numbers for the entire season. Bold lettering denotes especially strong marks relative to positional standards. Green lettering for the weekly stats denotes considerable increases in playing time and/or usage relative to past weeks. Red lettering denotes the opposite a decreased role relative to prior games.

If you're looking for target and air-yard shares that only include active games, you can find those updated every Tuesday on RotoWire's advanced receiving stats page

  • TE Dallas Goedert finally had a big yardage game to go with the touchdowns, plus he scored again, giving him five in five games (after five straight years with four or fewer TDs). Philadelphia's other pass catchers have just three TDs total, even though Goedert missed Week 2.
    • Goedert's YAC average is still at a career-low 3.1 per catch, but he's scored four TDs on four targets inside the 10-yard line.
    • His 24.6 percent target rate is an excellent number, barely behind AJ Brown's 24.7 percent for the team lead, but Goedert was actually at 25.7 percent in 2024 (and 22.9 percent for his career). He's always had strong target rates, but without much work near the goal line and usually losing a bunch of potential routes to pass-blocking duties.
  • WR A.J. Brown had a decent game, and his usage shares don't look too much different from last year's, but things just aren't working out for anyone besides Goedert in this mediocre version of the Philadelphia offense.
    • LG Landon Dickerson (ankle) was Philly's only offensive starter to miss this game, FWIW.

  • The Giants had a season low for 11 personnel rate for the second straight week, dropping to 43% in Week 6 after 57% in Week 5 (a 26-14 loss at New Orleans). The Giants used 11 personnel on at least 64% of snaps in Weeks 1-4, back when they had Malik Nabers.
    • The Giants ran 13 snaps in 13 personnel (three TEs) Thursday night, after using that grouping just three times all season beforehand.
  • RB Cam Skattebo was unaffected by Tyrone Tracy's return, taking 72% snap share, 43% route share and 21 of 28 RB opportunities (75%) en route to a 110-yard, three-TD performance.
  • With Darius Slayton (hamstring) inactive, Lil'Jordan Humphrey jumped from the practice squad to 93% route share (76% of snaps), leading the team in targets (eight) and air yards (125) in the process.
    • Humphrey had a modest stat line (4-55-0), but it's telling that he jumped right ahead of Jalin Hyatt, who finished with 3-17-0 on five targets (40% snaps, 57% routes). Hyatt can probably be dropped in any dynasty leagues where he's still rostered, while Humphrey is an 'add' candidate in deep formats.
      • Slayton may miss additional time, and Malik Nabers is out for the season. Humphrey could even have a regular role when Slayton is healthy, if only because the Giants have so little otherwise at wide receiver.
  • WR Wan'Dale Robinson topped 90% snap and route share for a second straight week. His target rate hasn't risen since the Nabers injury, but he is getting more playing time, and continues to be more of a downfield threat than in past seasons.
    • Robinson is at WR23 through six weeks, averaging 12.7 PPR points per game. He should continue as a WR3 for fantasy, though perhaps with a bit more volume and lesser efficiency than what he's posted so far.

  • RB Jaleel McLaughlin was active for the first time this year, while Tyler Badie was a healthy scratch.
    • With Badie inactive, there was no designated third-down back. McLaughlin, RJ Harvey and J.K. Dobbins each took three of 13 snaps in 3rd-and-medium/long situations. FB Adam Prentice took two of the snaps, and then two were four-wide looks with no running back at all. The Broncos didn't have a two-minute drill, but I'm guessing Dobbins would've handled it if they had.
    • RJ Harvey's snap/route shares were improved relative to Week 5 but still not much above his season-long averages.
    • J.K. Dobbins got 14 of the 17 RB carries and 15 of the 23 opportunities.
  • WR Pat Bryant's snap/route shares rose slightly for a second straight week, while Troy Franklin's dropped a bit for the second week in a row.
    • Franklin was a full-time player for the first month of the season, but now we're seeing Sean Payton shift to more of a timeshare approach (again) behind Courtland Sutton (who also had a down week).

  • RB Breece Hall had season highs for snap share (75%), route share (54%) and carries (22), but he finished without a target, in part because Justin Fields was sacked on nine of 29 dropbacks.
    • Hall got only 59% of snaps the week before, in the first game of Braelon Allen's absence, but with 14 of the 15 RB carries (and five of the nine targets).
      • There are other issues, but Hall's dominance of RB carries over the past two weeks (taking 36 of 39) is an obvious positive that could lead to a big game soon if the Jets' blocking shapes up.
  • WR Garrett Wilson was limping around late in the game and missed a few snaps, including at the very end. He's scheduled for an MRI on his knee Monday, and that may not be the only injury.
    • Josh Reynolds, Arian Smith and Tyler Johnson all have gotten a decent bit of run this season, and all have target rates of 11 percent or lower. Someone will have to step up, at least in terms of usage. Turning the volume into production will be difficult, however. Hall and TE Mason Taylor will have to pick up some of the slack.

  • RB Kimani Vidal got the start and played 60% of snaps in the first quarter, taking nine opportunities for 59 yards while Hassan Haskins had three touches for 11 yards.
    • Vidal maintained his advantage throughout, with at least 50% snap share and a majority of the RB touches in every quarter.
    • Vidal's edge was especially large after halftime, with 77% snap share, nine carries and two targets, compared to 21% of snaps and three carries for Haskins.
    • The only negative was Vidal allowing a pressure on one of his four pass-blocking snaps, while Haskins went 5-for-5, per PFF.
      • Vidal otherwise played well, though his running perhaps wasn't as impressive as the box score suggests, propped up by a 38-yard run on a 3rd-and-1 toss play where the defense was caught completely off guard. And he got surprisingly good blocking for someone running behind mostly backups.
  • Vidal finished with 69% snap share, 57% route share and 22 of 29 RB opportunities, which is only a bit below the workload shares that Omarion Hampton (ankle) handled in the brief stretch between Najee Harris' injury and his own.
  • With Quentin Johnston (hamstring) inactive, Tre' Harris got most of the vacated playing time and actually led the Chargers' wide receivers in snap and route share.
    • WR Ladd McConkey had his first big game of the season, thanks to a TD and a huge play late in the contest, but his snap/route shares are still a bit down for Weeks 5-6 (compared to the first month of the campaign).
    • Harris was just fourth on the team in targets, with 4-27-0 on five looks.
  • Despite Will Dissly returning from injury, rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden saw his snap and route shares rise for a fourth straight week.
    • Dissly mostly got snaps that had been going to Tyler Conklin, who dropped to 5% snap share. Gadsden, meanwhile, reached 70% snap share and 70% route share for the first time and put up 7-68-0 on seven targets. The bad news? He lost a fumble.

  • RB Kenneth Walker got just 33% of snaps and 11 of 24 RB opportunities. Zach Charbonnet dominated playing time in the fourth quarter, again, only this time in clear positive game script (rather than last week's back-and-forth affair vs. Tampa Bay).
    • Walker still has upside to get hot early and then pile up a bunch of production, but he otherwise seems stuck in this range around a dozen touches per game, losing playing time to Charbonnet in too many different situations (even if Walker is the preferred ballcarrier in neutral situations).
      • The funny thing is that this isn't even good for Charbonnet's fantasy managers in a lot of formats. He's not quite getting enough work to start, and Walker's injury risk is lower than in past seasons on account of the reduced snaps/touches.
  • WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba put up 5-117-1 before any of his teammates caught a pass. None of them finished with more than three targets on a day when JSN had 13.
    • The Seahawks don't throw enough for Smith-Njigba to set single-season records for targets, catches or even receiving yards, but he has a chance to set modern records for the largest portion of a team's stats in each category. He currently has 36.4 percent of Seattle's targets and 44.7 percent of the receiving yards (I'm not sure what the records are, but I'd have to think both of those would be the largest shares by any player in a very long time).

  • TE Hunter Long essentially took over Brenton Strange's role, getting 79% snap share and 67% route share (but only three targets).
  • WR Travis Hunter hit season highs for snap and route share, benefitting from Strange's absence combined with negative game script
    • Hunter's underlying role didn't change. He's still an every-down player in 11 personnel, and doesn't really get any snaps otherwise (which is fine on a team that does a vast majority of its passing from 11 anyway).
  • WR Brian Thomas had his first big game of the season, and it could've been a huge one if not for a 54-yard TD getting called back because Hunter was lined up offsides.
    • Thomas easily led the team in targets, air yards and receiving yards.

  • RB Quinshon Judkins got a lot of work the past few weeks when Cleveland was down by a score or two, but the extreme negative game script this past Sunday shifted more snaps/touches away from him and toward Jerome Ford and Dylan Sampson.
  • TE David Njoku suffered a knee injury and missed the final 14 minutes of the game (which accounted for a whopping 32 snaps for Cleveland's offense.
  • Regardless of who's to blame, the Browns remain comically ineffective on passes thrown to wide receivers. Jerry Jeudy has some of the worst per-target stats in the league, but it's not like the Browns have found more luck throwing to Isaiah Bond or Jamari Thrash (or Cedric Tillman before his hamstring injury).
    • Jeudy at least had dominant usage in this one, getting more targets and air yards than all of the other Cleveland wideouts combined.

  • RB Jaylen Warren returned from a knee injury and handled the lead role. His usage shares were stronger than what the regular box score shows, especially if we ignore garbage time, but Kenneth Gainwell did have a larger role than in Weeks 2-3 (when Warren topped 70% in both snap and opportunity share).
    • Warren didn't play at all in the fourth quarter. Before that, he took 63% of snaps and 13 of 26 RB opportunities (50%). That's not ideal, obviously, but it's also not horrible for his first game back from an injury (after the backup put up huge numbers). And Gainwell didn't do much in this one, so maybe Warren's workload will grow in Week 7.
  • WR DK Metcalf finally got Alpha usage, including 150 air yards, albeit with fellow starting wideout Calvin Austin (shoulder) inactive for the first time this year.
    • Austin led the team in air yards before Sunday. In his absence, Metcalf accounted for nine of Pittsburgh's 10 WR targets (and 150 of the 155 air yards).
    • Everything appears on track for Metcalf from both a usage and production standpoint, but I still worry some about his middling target rate and air yards numbers when sharing the field with Austin (not a concern I expected to have this year, admittedly).
  • TE Pat Freiermuth got a bit more playing time than in the previous game but was still safely below 50% for both snap and route share.
    • He may play more against 3-4 defenses, if Mike Tomlin is to be believed. Either way, nothing about Freiermuth's usage this year inspires optimism.
    • Things look a bit better for Jonnu Smith, whose limited early usage may partly have been due to injuries. He topped 60% snap and route shares in the first game out of the bye, and in a matchup that seemingly favored Darnell Washington (who also topped 60% shares, to be fair).
      • This remains messy, but Smith is at least startable in a desperate situation... and Washington in a really desperate one. TBD if Washington actually stays ahead of Freiermuth.

  • RB Blake Corum injured his ankle later in the game. It also looked bad, but he was cleared to return.

  • RB Javonte Williams took on 85% snap share and 76% route share in the first game since Miles Sanders (knee/ankle) was ruled out for the season, but Williams managed just 34 yards on 18 touches against Carolina's much-improved run defense.
    • Rookie RB Jaydon Blue didn't gain ground, however, playing just 9 percent of snaps and finishing with three carries for no gain.
  • WR George Pickens put up a massive receiving line for a second time in CeeDee Lamb's three absences.
    • TE Jake Ferguson, on the other hand, saw his volume dry up, though he scored another TD and his snap/route shares were right around the season averages.
  • WR Ryan Flournoy got plenty of snaps/routes again but couldn't repeat his magic. He did finish second on the team in targets, and he has a case to stay ahead of Jalen Tolbert in the future (if only because Tolbert isn't any good).

  • RB Rico Dowdle dominated again, and this time he handled 88% snap share and 81% route share two of the largest single-game numbers by an RB this year.
    • Dowdle's 34 touches and 239 total yards were also top of the charts.
    • Dowdle finished with 35 of Carolina's 39 RB opportunities.
    • Chuba Hubbard may be back soon. As much as it shocks me to say this, Dowdle may not give the starting job back. Matchups helped a lot the past two weeks, of course, but Dowdle has looked genuinely improved relative to even his 2024 "breakout" form in Dallas. Last year, he was competent enough to handle volume. This year, he actually looks like a guy you want to give it to. Hubbard, of course, was the engine of the offense for the past couple years, and he'll also get touches if he's healthy.
  • WR Jalen Coker (quad) and TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle) both were inactive after being listed as questionable. They should be back Week 7/8, and potentially as starters.
  • WR Tetairoa McMillan scored his first two TDs of the season but had just one other catch. His workload shares remain outstanding, only he's stuck in a feeble passing "attack".

  • With Antonio Gibson (ACL) out for the season, RB Rhamondre Stevenson handled 71% snap share, 56% route share and 14 of 25 RB opportunities (56%), with everything else going to rookie TreVeyon Henderson.
    • Henderson continues to have a much higher rate of touches per snap than Stevenson, but while playing far fewer snaps. Stevenson isn't having much luck gaining yards, now down to 3.1 YPC after another poor showing from New England's running game. It seems like he's largely playing so much because the Patriots trust him to know the playbook, block, etc. Just don't ask him to carry the ball from one place to another without dropping it.
  • Apart from the running backs, workload shares were similar to recent weeks, just with DeMario Douglas and Kayshon Boutte making huge plays.
    • Douglas had a long TD early on, and then had a second deep TD called off by an absurd penalty not long after. Still, he finished below 50% route share, only playing in three-wide sets.
    • Boutte and Henry each have four end-zone targets this year, while Stefon Diggs has just one. Diggs' per-route numbers are by far the best, but he's still missing out on a lot of routes (70%) and has played just 32% of New England's snaps inside the 5-yard line this year (without a single target in that range). It's partially a fluke that Diggs has zero TDs on 387 targets, but the mean he's regressing to may be a low TD rate (just not zero). Henry is the best bet for goal-line targets, and Boutte the guy most likely to strike from outside the red zone.
  • The Patriots have flat receiving shares for the season after a down week for Diggs, but it seems like there's always one guy who has a huge game between Diggs/Boutte/Henry (and then the other two don't do much).

  • RB Alvin Kamara saw his role rebound some after a down Week 5, although Kendre Miller again dominated opportunities in the fourth quarter (getting all three, even though Kamara played 44% of snaps in the frame).
    • Prior to the fourth quarter, Kamara had 10 of the 16 RB carries and all five RB targets, albeit with Taysom Hill scoring a one-yard TD on his lone carry.
    • Kamara still has a slew of concerns, but he's at least getting targets again, and Week 6 wasn't quite as bad as Week 5 usage-wise.
  • WR Chris Olave had a 53-yard gain on the first play of the game. That's his only catch this year on a pass 20-plus yards downfield (7 targets, t-21st).
    • Olave is Top 5 for both intermediate (10-19 yards) and short (0-9) targets. His numbers are looking like Diontae Johnson's 2022, only with even more volume (and at least one TD).
  • TE Juwan Johnson now has three straight games with route share above 80% and four or fewer targets.
    • Johnson's season-long target rate/share is still up significantly compared to past years, but not by nearly as much as before, and his per-target efficiency (6.4 YPT, 9.1 YPR) is terrible.

  • RB Bam Knight took some of the work that went to Michael Carter in Week 5, while Emari Demercado had a minor role early and then left with an ankle injury in the second quarter (after playing three snaps).
    • Carter took 67% of snaps and four of six RB opportunities in the first quarter, but Knight's three snaps (and lone touch) included a one-yard TD run.
    • In the second quarter, Carter took 46% of snaps and five of 11 RB opportunities, with Knight getting 50% snap share and also five opportunities. Carter handled the two-minute drill, after Knight got most of the work in the middle part of the quarter.
    • In the third quarter, Knight played all 17 snaps and took five opportunities for 28 yards. Carter and Demercado (ankle) didn't play at all.
    • Carter resurfaced in the fourth quarter, getting 63% of snaps and five of seven RB opportunities.
  • Carter got most of the hurry-up work and took six of nine snaps on 3rd-and-medium/long, while Knight had a small advantage in playing time (and touches) on early downs.
    • Knight played 52% of first-down snaps, with seven carries and one target (six carries and four targets for Carter).
    • Knight played 56% of second-down snaps, with two carries and one target (two carries and one target for Carter).
  • WR Marvin Harrison suffered a concussion in the second quarter and missed the final 37 minutes of the game.
    • Numbers after Harrison's exit:

      • G Dortch: 53% snaps, 2 targets, 15 yards (TD)

  • RB Tyjae Spears had a larger role in his second game back from an ankle injury, although his snap/route shares were inflated by the Titans having such a large portion of their snaps in hurry-up situations. Pollard was still the clear lead runner.
    • Before the two-minute warning of the first half, Pollard had taken 55% of snaps and seven of 10 RB opportunities (including six of seven carries).
    • Spears then got 52% of snaps in the second half with Tennessee trailing by multiple scores, but his lone carry after halftime came on a 3rd-and-18 play (whereas Pollard had five carries on first/second downs in the second half while taking 48% of snaps).
      • In other words, Spears played a lot more than the week before, but Pollard was still usually on the field when the Titans wanted to get the ball to a running back.

  • WR Jack Bech completely displaced fellow rookie Dont'e Thornton, after sharing snaps the week before. Bech got 80% route share in this one, while Thornton didn't run a single route, but Bech was targeted just once despite the boost in playing time.
    • It is possible Bech's lack of production opens the door for Thornton to take the job back (or share it).
    • Tre Tucker, meanwhile, continues to be the only guy with decent per-target numbers (though his target rate is still well below 20%).
  • TE Michael Mayer returned from concussion protocol to take on 91% snap share, 84% route share and a team-high seven targets in the absence of Brock Bowers (knee).
  • RB Ashton Jeanty got 79% snap share, 72% route share and 27 of 32 RB opportunities, again completely dominating the non-garbage-time work.
    • Jeanty took 89% of snaps before the fourth quarter, with 22 of 24 RB opportunities.
    • Two of Raheem Mostert's five carries came on the final non-kneel drive.

  • QB Joe Flacco was at least better than Jake Browning, which helped Tee Higgins to match or set season highs for targets, air yards, catches and receiving yards.
    • Higgins may be able to hang on as a WR3 with Flacco, whereas he looked more like a bench guy with Browning.
  • The underlying roles weren't really any different, but Samaje Perine got nearly half of Cincinnati's snaps, which wasn't necessarily the case in negative game script in previous weeks.
    • The usage for Chase Brown wasn't encouraging, but Flacco's performance suggests the Bengals might be able to put together a half-decent offense, which likely would set up Brown for the occasional big game even if last year's consistency has zero chance of happening.
  • None of the TEs reached 40% route share even though Mike Gesicki left with a pectoral injury after two snaps (and didn't return).

  • The Bengals made things semi-interesting, which kept Josh Jacobs busy deep into the fourth quarter. He finished with 78% snap share and 24 of 28 RB opportunities, with Emanuel Wilson ahead of Chris Brooks for the backup work.
  • WR Romeo Doubs was the only Packer with more than five targets. His usage shares are up some compared to past years, after 17 targets over the last two weeks. But Matthew Golden is looking better, and Christian Watson (knee) should be back within the next few weeks. Doubs is startable as a WR3, but it's fragile.
  • WR Dontayvion Wicks suffered an ankle injury and played just one snap after halftime.
    • In the first half, Doubs got 85% of snaps, with Golden at 64%, Wicks at 51%, Heath at 36% and Williams at 1%.
    • In the second half, it was Doubs (86%), Golden (77%), Heath (64%), Williams (23%). So Wicks' snaps went to Golden and Heath.
  • TE Tucker Kraft has just one game with more than five targets or 56 yards, but he scored his third TD of the season. He's been excellent in real life, but the volume still isn't great, and after some early excitement he may be settling in as a just an okay TE1.

  • WR Jauan Jennings took on 76% snap share and 78% route share, but he caught just one pass for seven yards on three targets and revealed after the game that he was playing through multiple rib fractures.
  • Mac Jones again honed in on RB Christian McCaffrey, WR Kendrick Bourne and TE Jake Tonges, each of whom got 7-9 targets on 67-87% route share.
  • Bourne has 284 yards on 20 targets over the past two weeks, after putting up just 87 yards on 13 targets in Weeks 2-4 (when Jennings and/or Pearsall offered target competition).
    • It's obviously fragile beyond the next week or two, but Bourne can be started again Week 7, as Jennings and Pearsall are unlikely to be their usual selves even if they play.

  • RB Rachaad White dominated snaps and routes again, flirting with 80 percent shares for a second straight week, but Sean Tucker did hit paydirt on one of his six carries (from nine yards out, after White scored a two-yarder earlier in the first half).
  • WR Emeka Egbuka suffered a hamstring injury and missed the second half.
    • Numbers after halftime:
      • Kameron Johnson - 88% snaps, 3 targets, 30 yards
      • Tez Johnson - 75% snaps, 2 targets, 45 yards (TD)
      • Sterling Shepard - 38% snaps, 1 target, 36 yards
      • Ryan Miller - 33% snaps, 0 targets
  • It doesn't sound good for Egbuka or Chris Godwin (fibula) playing Week 7, but Mike Evans (hamstring) has a shot.
    • We're getting into 'Cade Otton gets enough targets for fantasy relevance' territory. There's risk of Godwin and Jalen McMillan (neck) missing a lot of time, and Egbuka likely will be out for a couple games.

  • RB Jahmyr Gibbs had nearly half of his carries and yardage on the final drive, while David Montgomery essentially was frozen out in negative game script (but did have a long receiving gain late in the game).
  • WR Amon-Ra St. Brown caught nine of his team-high 10 targets, but for just 45 yards, and the one incompletion was a fourth-down drop.
  • WR Isaac TeSlaa was the No. 3 receiver for a second straight week, and this time with no question about Kalif Raymond's health.
    • TeSlaa finished without a target, dropping his TPRR for the year to a miserly 8%. Moving ahead of Raymond is a good sign, but the rookie still needs an injury to ARSB or Jameson Williams in order to get more than a few targets per game, presumably.
  • WR Jameson Williams had a strong night, and largely built on short passes (just 32 air yards). His usage shares for the season remain disappointing, but he looks fine in real life and could blow up if ARSB or Sam LaPorta (or Jahmyr Gibbs?) were to miss time.

  • As discussed on the broadcast, RB Isiah Pacheco took over more of the backfield work in this one, easily hitting season highs with 77 percent snap share and 76 route share.
    • However, Kareem Hunt was still preferred in short-yardage situations, and Brashard Smith still came on a few times for schemed touches.
    • It's still hard to trust Pacheco for fantasy, but this is at least worth monitoring closely, as he'd probably be a RB2 with similar snap/route shares moving forward, even if Hunt/Smith are still taking a lot of the high-value touches.
  • WR Hollywood Brown scored a pair of TDs. He's seemingly done enough that Rashee Rice's return in Week 7 will take playing time away from Tyquan Thornton and JuJu Smith-Schuster more so than Brown.
    • Whether Brown remains startable in fantasy is a different question. I suspect his target rate is about to sink well below 20 percent, now sharing the field with Rice, Kelce and Worthy.
