Samberg reached the 20-point mark for the first time in his career despite being limited to 60 regular-season appearances. Part of his success can be attributed to the Jets' overall play, but Samberg stepped up in his third full season, particularly as a steadying influence. It's unlikely he blossoms much more offensively, but he is a virtual lock as a top-four defenseman, once he recovers from a broken wrist suffered during preseason, who can chip in some points while adding 100-plus blocked shots and a plus-minus rating that is heavily on the positive side. Samberg is the type of player who can be an option in the deepest of fantasy formats, especially those that count blocks, but the 20-25 point range is likely his peak.
