Earns first UFC win in native China

Su defeated Andre Soukhamthath via unanimous decision (30-26, 30-25, 30-26) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Shenzhen, China.
ANALYSIS
That was a thorough beat down. Su completely outclassed Soukhamthath and he did it at his own game. He did a nice job of consistently pounding Soukhamthath's legs and obliterated him on the mat in the third and final round. The fact Su got stronger as the fight went along is a good sign moving forward. Soukhamthath doesn't offer much resistance these days, but it was an excellent performance from the 23-year-old Su in his home country. It was his first UFC victory.

Gets to fight in native China

Mudaerji will take Andre Soukhamthath in a bantamweight matchup at UFC Shenzhen on Aug. 31, Soukhamthath announced via his personal Instagram account.
ANALYSIS
Mudaerji hasn't competed since last November when he dropped his UFC debut to Luis Smolka via submission. It was a disappointing fantasy effort, as he landed just 18 significant strikes before tapping out in the second round. He'll look to bounce back against Soukhamthath, who is just 2-4 in the UFC and coming off a loss to Montel Jackson. The two fighters have a combined 16 KO/TKO victories in their overall records.

Sumudaerji lost to Louis Smolka via submission (armbar) at 2:07 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night 141 on Saturday in Beijing, China.
ANALYSIS
Sumudaerji is mostly a striker, and he did not really get the opportunity to show anything in this fight. Smolka closed the distance and scored a takedown off the bat. Sumudaerji spent the rest of the fight on the ground trying to avoid punishment. Eventually, he initiated a scramble, but it allowed Smolka to lock in an armbar and finish the fight. He will likely keep his job, but he did not show himself to be a strong prospect in this fight.
