Goldy lost to Diana Belbita via unanimous decision (27-30, 27-30, 27-30) at UFC on ESPN 27 on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Goldy looked to have improved her striking since her UFC debut, landing several clean head kicks in the opening minutes, but she was once again at a reach disadvantage, which allowed her opponent to keep her on the end of punches. She may be strong for this division, but her physical limitations will likely always come into play when she can't get the fight to the ground. Goldy falls to 5-2 in professional MMA as a result of the loss.
