Dalby fight rescheduled
June 18, 2020
Roberts will take on Nicolas Dalby on "Fight Island" as part of the UFC Fight Night card on July 25, Marcel Dorff of MMADNA reports.
Roberts was initially scheduled to fight Dalby at UFC London back in mid-March as a co-main event, but that was eventually called off due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Roberts was approximately a (+140) betting underdog prior to the bout being called off, so there's a good chance he will land around that number again this time around.
Fight in London called off
March 15, 2020
Roberts will no longer face Nicolas Dalby on Saturday with UFC London being moved to an unspecified location, Chisanga Malata of the Daily Express reports.
Roberts had been approximately a (+140) betting underdog for what was scheduled to be the co-main event slot, but he'll presumably be unable to obtain a work visa on short notice, especially considering the travels bans implemented as a precaution against the spread of COVID-19. Roberts also confirmed the bout's cancellation via his personal Instagram. It's unclear at this time if or when his matchup against Dalby will be rescheduled.

Roberts will return to action in his home country after putting an end to a two-fight losing streak in his last trip to the Octagon in Russia in November, when he scored a knockout win over Zelim Imadaev. "Hot Chocolate" owns a 6-4-0 record overall since joining the promotion late in 2015.
Scores one-punch KO in Moscow
November 9, 2019
Roberts defeated Zelim Imadaev via KO (punch) at 4:54 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Moscow, Russia.
The knockout punch is the great equalizer in this sport and it saved Roberts's bacon on Saturday. "Hot Chocolate" looked thoroughly mediocre prior to the finish, but he was able to avoid a lazy, looping right hook from Imadaev and return fire with a looping, perfectly placed left hook of his own that ended the fight. You wouldn't use the term "technically sound" to describe Roberts, but his power is legitimate. The strong performance snaps a brief two-fight losing streak for the Brit. Moving forward, expect Roberts in struggle in fights in which his power shots aren't landing. He failed on seven of his eight takedown attempts in this one.
