Maarten Paes

Paes had the third most saves in the league in 2024 while marking a career high with 121 saves in 30 matches. He's maintained consistency while improving each year since joining Dallas for the 2022 season, starting at least 30 matches each season while achieving more than 95 saves and at least five clean sheets. Paes averaged just over four saves per contest, which also led to five clean sheets as Dallas struggled to contain opposition. The hope is for more cohesion from the Dallas back line which should lead to more clean sheets, albeit possibly fewer saves for Paes.
