PLAYER RECOMMENDATIONS
GOALKEEPER
Heurelho Gomes, WAT v. TOT ($4,100): In a two-game slate, it might be worth it to roll the dice on a cheaper goalkeeper. Gomes is expected to face a decent number of shots against a Tottenham side that came into the weekend leading the league in the category. Watford have lost just one match at Vicarage Road since Sept. 18 and will have a good chance to shock Tottenham to start 2017.
DEFENDER
Danny Rose, TOT at WAT ($5,300): Rose is starting to rival James Milner for most consistent daily fantasy defender, scoring double-digit fantasy points in each of his past six starts. Watford allows 24 crosses per match, the third-most in the Premier League. Rose could also benefit from Kyle Walker's yellow card suspension if Spurs attack more on his side.
Jose Holebas, WAT v. TOT ($4,600): Holebas is Watford's best fantasy option despite Etienne Capoue's early season exploits. A big reason for his value is his ability to whip crosses in from his outside-back position. He averages just under five crosses per game, and he will be expected to continue that if Watford will have any chance against Spurs.
MIDFIELDER
Christian Eriksen, TOT at WAT ($8,900): The Premier League season is nearly halfway over, and Eriksen has arguably been Tottenham's most consistent performer. He ranks second in total shots (72) , tied for third in shots on goal (27) and eighth in total crosses (98). He is the slate's second-most expensive player, which could make it difficult to get the likes of Alexis Sanchez or Harry Kane in your side if you decide to spend up on the Danish midfielder.
Wilfried Zaha, CRY at ARS ($6,800): For the first time in five matches, Zaha's cost has dropped below $7,000. A big reason for this is the lack of production he's provided, but he's a prime buy-low candidate who could help put other stars in your lineup. The high ceiling that we saw from him earlier this season make him worth a look at the very least.
Theo Walcott, ARS v. CRY ($7,700): You may need to have a backup option if Walcott is unable to pass a late fitness test ahead of Sunday's match. Before missing Monday's match against West Brom, he showed his quality during a calm finish during Arsenal's disappointing 2-1 defeat against Manchester. Crystal Palace's propensity to allow goals makes Walcott worth a look if he makes the lineup.
FORWARDS
Alexis Sanchez, ARS v. CRY ($9,200): With just one goal in five matches, it would seem that Alexis is due for a goal against a Crystal Palace defense that has allowed the third-most goals this season. Despite the lack of goals, he has been able to score double-digit fantasy points in four of the five matches, with three assists in that span a big reason part of that.
Harry Kane, TOT at WAT ($8,400): Tottenham's talisman won't fill the stat sheet in many other categories other than goals, which makes it difficult to justify him in a daily lineup consistently. His goal-scoring record this season has been impressive, with eight in 13 Premier League appearances, while Watford are allowing 1.6 goals per game, which isn't particularly impressive. If Alexis is too expensive, Kane is your next best bet for a goal.
Christian Benteke, CRY at ARS ($6,500): The big Belgian has eight goals in 16 matches and will need to improve that if Crystal Palace are to stay above the drop zone. Although he faces a tough matchup away at Emirates Stadium, he is Palace's best option in terms of goals, as he has three more than anyone in the squad.
