1. Stephen Gostkowski (NE)

Gostkowski led the NFL in scoring for the third consecutive season last year thanks to his league-leading 35 made field goals and 51 PATs (fourth). After kicking a career-high 92.7 percent in 2013, Gostkowski was even better last year, hitting 94.6 percent of his 37 attempts. If there's a nit to pick, it's that he only had a single opportunity from at least 50 yards, a stark decline after he went 5-of-6 from that distance the previous year. The Patriots' offense remains productive, though the potential four-game suspension of quarterback Tom Brady could slow things at the beginning of the year. Nevertheless, Gostkowski is one of the most accurate kickers in the league and should continue to see a large number of opportunities, putting him firmly in the upper-tier of fantasy kickers.

2. Justin Tucker (BAL)

Tucker hit more than 90 percent of his field-goal opportunities in his first two seasons, and while he fell to 85.3 percent last season, he was arguably better. His decline is attributed to going 4-of-9 from long distance, as he didn't miss a single attempt inside 50 yards - he missed two each of his first two years from less than 50. The Ravens' offense was up-and-down, which correlated with Tucker's usage, though it still finished eighth in total points with Tucker finishing 10th in kicker scoring. The offense could look much different this season with Marc Trestman now calling plays. Under Trestman last year, the Bears attempted a league-low 16 field goals, partly because of a middling 47 red-zone trips and partly because once inside the red zone they were highly efficient, ranking third in touchdown percentage.

3. Cody Parkey (PHI)

The Eagles had the third-highest scoring offense in the league last year, helping Parkey finish second in points (third in field-goals made, second in PATs). Philadelphia wasn't particularly good in the red zone, scoring touchdowns on only 49.1 percent (23rd) of its drives, but the Eagles gave Parkey a lot of red-zone drives to work with, ranking 10th with 3.7 per game. And he finished off a lot of those drives, going 24-of-26 from less than 40 yards. Coach Chip Kelly loves the two-point conversion, or at least he did. After attempting a league-high eight in 2013, the Eagles attempted none last year. But this season's new extra-point rules could give Kelly an incentive to go for two more often. Even if so, it won't impact Parkey too much, as he still figures to be in the upper-tier of fantasy production.
