Week 4 Thursday Night Football brings us a pivotal game in the NFC West, as the 2-1 Seattle Seahawks square off with the 2-1 Arizona Cardinals. Most NFL Week 4 odds list the Seahawks as slight road favorites.
If you're looking to place some prop bets tonight, I've got you covered. Below, you'll find my favorite Thursday Night Football prop bets. Just make sure to use the best sportsbook promos to get the most out of each bet.

Kyler Murray – Passing Yards: OVER 5 (+10000)
This line is only available to new users, but if you haven't signed up at Fanatics Sportsbook yet, this is the week to do it. If Kyler Murray records 5-plus passing yards, new users will score on the Bet $1, Get $100 in Cash welcome offer. This is as close to a lock as it gets, so make sure to use this promo if you haven't signed up already.
Kenneth Walker – Anytime Touchdown (-105)
This offense is moving the ball really well right now, ranking ninth in both yards per play (5.6) and scoring-drive rate (41.9%). That should mean plenty of red-zone opportunities, and Kenneth Walker should handle the bulk of the work. While Zach Charbonnet is expected back this week, this still profiles as Walker's backfield. The last time they shared the field, Walker dominated – generating 105 yards on 13 carries while Charbonnet got 10 yards on 15 touches. Seattle should get plenty of scoring opportunities, and Walker is the best bet to finish them off.

Trey Benson – Rushing Yards: UNDER 60.5 (-114)
The Seattle Seahawks have been dominant against the run. They've given up the seventh-fewest rushing yards in the league (270) on the third-fewest yards per carry (3.2), and their run defense is fourth in Expected Points Added (EPA) per play. That doesn't bode well for Arizona's rushing attack. The Cardinals' run game ranks 20th in EPA per play, and the few wins they've gotten have come via explosive runs, as Arizona owns the league's third-lowest rushing success rate. Trey Benson is the type of runner who can eclipse this total on one play, but Seattle doesn't allow explosive carries. The longest rush they've given up so far went for 13 yards, and they've only allowed two runs of 10-plus yards in 2025. I understand being excited about Benson now that James Conner is out, but I'd fade him this week.

Sam Darnold – Passing Yards: OVER 230 (+102)
Plenty of pundits criticized Seattle for moving off of Geno Smith to bring in Sam Darnold, but it's looked good so far. The Seahawks are moving the ball much more effectively than they were last year. They're fourth in the league in dropback success rate and 12th in dropback EPA per play. That's way up from last year, when they ranked 15th and 20th in those categories, respectively. Darnold eclipsed this total easily in Week 2 (295), and he would've done the same if he wasn't pulled in Week 3. He was 14-of-18 for 218 yards before exiting the game when Seattle was up 44-6. I love getting plus money on a total Darnold hit in 13-of-17 starts last year.
