PITCHER
Archie Bradley, ARI vs SD ($6,600): Bradley comes in as the lowest-priced pitcher for the late slate but has a ton of upside. Over the last eight starts he's scored at least 20 fantasy points and had games of 45, 45, and 52 points, showing his upside. Despite the hitter-friendly confines of Chase Field, San Diego still presents as a good matchup, as they have a team wOBA of .284 against right-handed pitching the worst mark in baseball.
CATCHER
Stephen Vogt, OAK at MIN ($2,900): It's probably not a bad thing Vogt got the day off Sunday for some well-deserved rest. He has been better against right-handed pitching for his career with a .328 wOBA, a good mark for a catcher. It helps that he's going against Ricky Nolasco, who has given up .360 wOBA on the road this season.
FIRST BASE
Adrian Gonzalez, LAD vs BAL ($2,700): Remember the time Yovani Gallardo was hailed as a good pitcher? Neither do I, as he has a .406 wOBA to left-handed hitters this season and given up four home runs in only 15 innings. Meanwhile, Gonzalez has found his place at the plate recently with a 1.176 OPS over the last week.
SECOND BASE
Rougned Odor, TEX at BOS ($2,800): Isn't it time we crown this guy the lefty Jose Altuve? This game has a juicy over/under of 10.5 and Odor should be in the middle of the order ready to drive in runs. Rick Porcello has been a little lucky with a .283 BABIP (.332 last season) and his 73.5 percent strand rate would be his best dating back to 2009.
THIRD BASE
Jake Lamb, ARI vs SD ($3,400): Lamb is in the middle of a breakout season and is batting .290 with 19 home runs. He's become a fixture in the cleanup spot for the Diamondbacks and his 58 RBI shows that he's protecting Paul Goldschmidt. Monday, he's at home against a righty (Luis Perdomo and his 8.29 ERA) and at Chase Field that equates to a .405 wOBA. Crazy as it sounds, there are 10 other players at this position that are either at this price or more expensive.
SHORTSTOP
Tim Anderson, CHI vs NYY ($2,900): Anderson has secured himself the leadoff spot for the White Sox and has done nothing but rake when he's been at home in Chicago, where he has a .418 wOBA, and he now gets the favorable righty vs. lefty split against CC Sabathia. Anderson has shown surprising pop at the dish with three home runs in 102 plate appearances and is still a threat to run on the base paths. Look at teammates Todd Frazier ($3,100) and Jose Abreu ($3,700) as well.
OUTFIELD
Brock Holt, BOS vs LAA ($2,600): Holt is slated to return to the lineup after a spell on the DL with a concussion. After scoring 10 runs Sunday it seems like the Red Sox are a good piece to have in DFS and Holt is as cheap as any player in the starting lineup. He get the favorable split and has an easy path to RBI.
Miguel Sano, MIN vs OAK ($2,800): He's fresh off the DL but has hit the ground running, scoring 15.4 and 31.9 fantasy points over his last two games. The Twins seem to have come alive at the plate recently and Sano is typically in the three spot, a good place for RBI. Even more reassuring about Sano is the fact that he's shown patience at the plate with four walks in the three games he's been back. He'll face off against Kendall Graveman, a pitcher who allowed a .415 wOBA on the road.
Stephen Piscotty, STL vs PIT ($3,700): It's ok to go ahead and spend up here considering the beast Piscotty has been. He's homered in two of his last three games and has a .474 wOBA against left-handed pitching. It helps that Jon Niese has given up a .383 wOBA to right-handed hitters and has a 5.07 ERA on the season.
