The San Francisco Giants get a rare week in the spotlight. Not only do they begin the week in Coors Field, they have an extra game at altitude with a Monday doubleheader against the Rockies. The extra contest gives the Giants an eight-game week.
The Red Sox offense is on a roll and is in a great spot to continue plating runs facing the lesser Blue Jays and Orioles pitching staffs. Likewise, the Indians draw the Tigers and Royals, so expect Cleveland batters to have a productive week.
At the opposite end of the spectrum, the screwy 2019 schedule gives the Orioles, Mariners and Rangers two much-needed off days following the abbreviated week.
