Nolan will compete with Chanler Morris for TCU’s starting quarterback gig for an offense that returns just three starters from the surprising 13-2 playoff team. Nolan spent three seasons at Oregon State where he completed 60.8 percent of his passes for 4,153 yards, 32 touchdowns and 20 interceptions. He also added 508 yards and five score on the ground. Whether it’s Morris or Nolan who wins the starting job, they will be part of a reload with so many new faces. TCU added a plethora of weapons from the transfer portal but be cautious of an adjustment period for these new pieces working together. HC Sonny Dykes will have his work cut out for him during the 2023 season.
