David Warner, Aaron Finch, and Steve Smith have the responsibility of scoring runs while Mitchell Starc, Kane Richardson and Pat Cummins should lead the bowling attack to provide breakthroughs at regular intervals.

Predicted XI: David Warner, Aaron Finch (C), Steve Smith, Ben McDermott, Ashton Turner, Alex Carey (WK), Ashton Agar, Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc, Kane Richardson, Adam Zampa

Pakistan:

New Pakistan's T20I skipper Babar Azam was exceptional with the bat in the first T20I match but didn't get enough support from other batsmen other than Mohammad Rizwan. One change is expected in the playing XI, Mohammad Hasnain is expected to come in for Mohammad Irfan, and rest should be the same.

Predicted XI: Babar Azam (C), Fakhar Zaman, Haris Sohail, Mohammad Rizwan (WK), Asif Ali, Imad Wasim, Iftikhar Ahmed, Wahab Riaz, Shadab Khan, Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Hasnain

Top Picks:

Wicket-keeper: Mohammad Rizwan (8.5 credits)

We have gone with Rizwan ahead of Alex Carey because he comes to bat at number four, whereas Carey comes at the lower down. Moreover, Rizwan is coming into this match after playing a fine knock of 31 in the first T20I match.

Batsman: Babar Azam (10.5 credits)

A classic batsman, who never goes for a big shot but, one of the finest T20I batsmen in the world and he proved in the first T20I match where he struck 59 off 38 balls. His record against Australia is nothing but phenomenal, where in just four T20I matches, he already struck three half-centuries, scoring 222 runs at an average of 111, so he is an obvious pick for this game.

All-rounder: Imad Wasim (9 credits)

Wasim has a pretty good record against Australia with the ball not with the bat. He has taken six wickets in 16 overs at an economy of just 5.75. Looking at the other options in the all-rounder section, Wasim will be a good option for this game and never forget he's a handy lower-order batsman as well.

Bowler: Mitchell Starc (9.5 credits)

Starc took two wickets in the first T20I although, the match got washed out due to rain. However, looking at his performance against Pakistan, he has 11 wickets in 22.1 overs in T20Is at a strike-rate of 12.09. So, at least another two or more wickets on the card.

Captaincy options: David Warner, Babar AzamAaron Finch
