2023 Fantasy Outlook
The Browns went into the offseason with the goal of giving Deshaun Watson more weapons on offense, and the additions of Elijah Moore and Marquise Goodwin are a start. Cleveland can trot out Amari Cooper, Donovan Peoples-Jones, Moore and Goodwin when it wants to run four-wide sets, so it's hard to see the team giving Schwartz, who has had the offseason to recover from a concussion he sustained last December, more chances after the 2021 third-round selection has disappointed over his first two seasons. Along with Schwartz, one can add Demetric Felton and Michael Woods onto the pile of wideouts that shouldn't get much work if they manage to stick with the team. Read Past Outlooks

Juan Carlos Blanco gives you an early Sunday morning look at the latest status on key injuries heading into a critical day in fantasy leagues everywhere.

Zay Jones soars to the top of Week 13 waivers lists after hitting the Ravens for 11 catches and 145 yards. It was a surprise to most, but perhaps not for Target Breakdown readers.

Jerry Donabedian hasn't completely given up on Darnell Mooney, who saw a season-high 12 targets in an ugly Thursday game. Plus, a couple rookie tight ends could become fantasy contributors soon.

Undeterred by a third-string quarterback, Jakobi Meyers came back from a knee injury and showed that he's still the No. 1 target in New England.

2021
Schwartz is a mystery entering his second NFL season. The 2021 third-round pick out of Auburn missed most of training camp due to a hamstring injury and wasn't up to speed once the regular season began. The opportunity was there with Odell Beckham missing the first couple of weeks, but Schwartz didn't capitalize, ultimately finishing his rookie campaign with just 10 catches on 23 targets for 135 yards and a TD in 14 contests. This coming season he'll compete with Donovan Peoples-Jones for a starting wideout spot opposite Amari Cooper. If Schwartz can stay healthy and gets on board with the team's offense, he has a chance to emerge as a home run threat for Cleveland. The 6-foot, 186-pounder is more suited to working outside the numbers, but if Schwartz loses out to Peoples-Jones, he'll have to battle for snaps with 2022 third-rounder David Bell, a slot receiver out of Purdue who the team feels is ready to contribute right away.
