Conquering the Course

Not a single soul from the top-20 of the Official World Golf Ranking will tee it up on Thursday at The Old White TPC, where a par-70 layout awaits the field for a third consecutive week on Tour. This means par-four efficiency, ball striking and SG: Approach will be key for success on the course's 12 par-fours, while just two par-fives usually limits overall scoring in relation to par. Three of the four par-threes measure no shorter than 205 yards -- factor in four par-fours over 470 -- and there's a chance these players have mid-to-long irons into the green on at least seven different holes each day, depending on the conditions. Accuracy off the tee shouldn't be much of an issue,, but a set of tough greens give the field's better putters and scramblers an advantage here. There's rain in the forecast throughout the first three days of the tournament, but it won't reach the severity of last year's downpour, when the entire event was canceled as West Virginia experienced damaging floods.

FantasyDraft Value Picks - based on $100,000 salary cap

Cream of the Crop

Kevin Kisner - $17,100

Kisner is all settled down after his win at the Dean & DeLuca in late May -- finishing T6 at the Memorial Tournament followed by a made cut at the U.S. Open -- and he's ready to strike again. He's ranked sixth on Tour in SG: Approach, 10th in SG: T2G and fourth in average proximity to the hole from over 200 yards out. Kisner is up to No. 8 in the FedExCup standings and he finished T2 at this event in 2015.

Keegan Bradley - $16,200

Bradley is a perfect 4-for-4 incuts made at the Greenbrier, including finishes of T29-T4 during his last two attempts at The Old White TPC. His recent form is top-notch as well, having posted back-to-back top-10s in his past two starts at the Travelers Championship and Quicken Loans National. He's 10th among the field in SG: T2G over his last 12 rounds and first in strokes gained on par-fours.

Kevin Streelman - $15,400

Streelman's history at the Greenbrier Classic is anything but special with two finishes outside the top-55 along with a missed cut since 2010, which will hopefully cap his ownership this week. He's first among the field in SG: Total throughout his past 12 rounds and has played the par-fours extremely well in that span. Streelman is 12th on Tour in proximity from 200-225 yards this season, which should come in handy on the lengthy par-threes.

Mid-Tier Glue Guys

Sung Kang - $14,700

Having qualified for the upcoming British Open with his T5 at the Quicken Loans National, Kang should feel nice and relaxed this week after struggling in the rain down the stretch in Potomac just days ago. The 34th-ranked player in the FedExCup standings is 31st in par-four scoring and due for his first PGA Tour win during what has become his best career season.

Jason Kokrak - $14,400

Kokrak's length off the tee could come into play under wet conditions if the course gets a decent amount of rain this week, but he's also second among the field in terms of SG: T2G throughout his past 12 rounds. He's striking the ball well, but struggling with the putter, as evidenced by his four consecutive made cuts without a top-25 finish. Kokrak could be dangerous if he gets the flat stick rolling.

Stewart Cink - $14,100

The 44-year-old veteran just continues to be under-priced, despite climbing to 53rd in the FedExCup standings with 13 top-30s in 20 events this season. Over his past 12 rounds, he's 12th among the field in SG: T2G, 11th in SG: Approach and 14th in SG: Putting. He's 13th on Tour in terms of GIR percentage and 22nd in birdie average, so he's a steal at this price despite never having played in the event.

Hidden Gems

Scott Stallings - $13,000

Stallings won the Greenbrier Classic in 2011 and has since posted four consecutive made cuts at the event with two top-35s. He's also sixth among this year's field in SG: Approach throughout his last 12 rounds, and made four cuts in his last five starts.

Seamus Power - $12,400

The Irishman has quietly been a solid cut-maker throughout the 2016-17 season, and he's made it through to the weekend in four of his last five starts. He's 16th in SG: T2G and ninth in SG: Approach among the field throughout his past 12 rounds, while also ranking 17th on Tour in proximity from over 200 yards.

Joel Dahmen - $12,300

Dahmen has now made three consecutive cuts for the first time in his PGA Tour career, a stretch that included a pair of top-20s. He's striking the ball at a high level as of late, ranking top-10 among the field in SG: T2G throughout his past 12 rounds despite shaky wedge play around the greens. He'll need to make major improvements with his short game in order to contend this week, but he's hitting the ball well enough to post another top-25.
