Sam Montembeault, MTL vs. BUF ($7,500): Montembeault has surrendered four goals in each of his past two outings but possesses plenty of bounce-back appeal for Monday's slate. He went 3-0-0 against Buffalo last season while stopping 57 of 61 shots for a .934 save percentage and a 1.75 GAA.

Artemi Panarin, NYR vs. MIN ($6,700): Following a sluggish start, Panarin had a four-point performance with one goal and three assists in Saturday's 4-3 win over Montreal. He has compiled five goals and 13 helpers in his last 10 appearances versus the Wild.
FORWARD LINE STACK
Canadiens vs. Sabres
Nick Suzuki (C - $7,100), Cole Caufield (W - $6,600), Juraj Slafkovsky (W - $5,100)
Suzuki has one goal and seven assists during a five-game point spree. He racked up three goals, 11 shots and 11 points in four meetings with Buffalo in 2024-25. Caufield has netted five goals while adding three assists and 13 shots across his five-game point streak. He had four goals on eight shots and two helpers in four matches against the Sabres last season. Slafkovsky hasn't been nearly as hot as his linemates to open the year, but he snapped a three-game scoreless skid in Saturday's loss to the Rangers. He also registered two goals, five assists and eight shots in four games versus Buffalo last campaign.
Montreal's top line has been productive to begin the year, and they were outstanding against Monday's opponent last season. The trio stands a very good chance of remaining hot in both regards, making them a solid stacking option.
