TreVeyon Henderson (+160)
I'm betting we don't see much of Rhamondre Stevenson or Antonio Gibson after they fumbled the game away in Week 3. Treveyon Henderson handled 84% of the backfield snaps after the duo's third fumble and was the only one of the three to touch the rock from that point on. If his snap count looks anything like that again in Week 4, he's a good bet to score against a porous Panthers' run defense. Carolina's run defense was historically bad last year, and the Panthers haven't been much better in 2025, giving up the third-highest yards per attempt in the league (5.4). At +160 on DraftKings Sportsbook, I love Henderson's chances of finding paydirt.
Courtland Sutton (+130)
Courtland Sutton is coming off a great outing in Week 3, and he should be able to keep it going against the Cincinnati Bengals. Cincinnati's defense isn't as bad as it was in 2024, but it isn't fixed, either. The Bengals are a bottom-10 defense in terms of passing yards allowed, and they've given up the fourth-most passing TDs to boot. Look for Sutton, who has scored in two of three games, to find the end zone again at +130.

A.J. Brown (+190)
You can't run on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They're the league's best run defense in terms of Expected Points Added (EPA) per play, and opponents generate a successful run against TB at the second-lowest rate in the league. That trend should continue in Week 4. The Eagles have quietly struggled to run the ball so far, with Saquon averaging 64.7 rushing yards per game – about half the 125.3 he averaged last year. Philly is going to have to throw. We know what A.J. Brown can do when given the opportunity, catching six passes for 109 yards and a score last week. I like him to beat up on a secondary that gave up 10 catches for 84 yards and a TD against Garrett Wilson in Week 3. FanDuel Sportsbook offers the best odds on this market by far (+190).
Nico Collins (+110)
The Tennessee Titans' pass defense has been a bottom-12 team in EPA, success rate, and passing yards allowed. Nico Collins is the best bet to take advantage of that matchup. Collins is coming off back-to-back games with a touchdown, posting a season-high eight catches and 104 yards last week. He scored in both of his games against Tennessee last year. And if Houston is going to move the ball at all, it'll be through the air. Only 24.6% of Houston's rushes have been deemed successful this year – the worst such mark in the NFL. In a must-have game for the 0-3 Texans, I expect C.J. Stroud to look for Collins early and often.

Jordan Mason (-135)
This is not the Pittsburgh Steelers' defense we're used to seeing. Pittsburgh is a bottom-10 defense in terms of both success rate and EPA per play, and the Steelers have been particularly vulnerable against the run. Pittsburgh has allowed the fifth-most rushing yards and rushing TDs in the league. That means Jordan Mason should eat in Dublin. Mason is going to get the lion's share of the touches with Aaron Jones on the shelf, and he dominated as the workhorse in Week 3, generating 116 yards and 2 scores on 16 carries. He's a great bet at -135 per Fanatics Sportsbook.
James Cook (-210)
I don't need fancy stats to convince you on this one. James Cook led the league with 16 rushing touchdowns last year. He's leading the league once again in 2025, opening the year with four touchdowns in three games. I don't see him slowing down against the New Orleans Saints. It's a heavy price, but Fanatics offers good value here. You could also consider betting him to score twice at +240 – a bet he cashed in Week 2.
