FPL GW7 Injury Replacements: Alisson, Valentino Livramento, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall & Hugo Ekitike

FPL Gameweek 7 arrives with major injury and suspension news that will force Fantasy Premier League managers into transfers. Liverpool's Alisson has been ruled out at least one week, Newcastle's Valentino Livramento suffered a knee injury that could keep him out two months, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is suspended one game, and Hugo Ekitike went off early in Tuesday's Champions League loss.

We highlight the best FPL replacements and transfer targets across goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and forwards for GW7.

Best FPL Goalkeeper Replacements for Alisson

David Raya ($5.6m) Arsenal vs. West Ham

Raya has kept three clean sheets in league play this season and only conceded three goals between the games against Manchester City, Liverpool and Newcastle. No team has conceded fewer goals in the league than Arsenal, and Raya is also making plenty of saves.

Guglielmo Vicario ($5.5m) Spurs at Leeds United

Vicario has kept three Premier League clean sheets this season in Thomas Frank's debut campaign with Spurs. In the first four games of the season, he picked up added FPL save points. Spurs are a different team under Frank and as long as the back line stays healthy, they're a threat to keep a clean sheet against most competition.

Best Valentino Livramento Alternatives

Marcos Senesi ($4.9m) Bournemouth vs. Fulham

Bournemouth's defence was expected to struggle before the season began, but they've proved quite the opposite. Senesi has helped his side get three clean sheets, and he has at least seven clearances in each game.

He's collected defensive contributions in all six league matches and is the highest-scoring FPL defender with 44 points. The centre-back has also contributed two assists and picked up six bonus points, making him a multi-dimensional point threat for FPL managers.

Maxence Lacroix ($5.1m) Crystal Palace at Everton

Lacroix has been a central part of Crystal Palace's undefeated start to the season, picking up 34 FPL points over the six games. The centre-back has hit defensive contributions points three times despite playing with two other central defenders.

Crystal Palace have fixtures against Everton and Bournemouth in the next two gameweeks, where more DEFCON and clean sheet should be available to him.

Free Chip to replace suspended Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

Jaidon Anthony ($5.5m) Burnley at Aston Villa

The midfielders in this range are mainly useful for defensive contributions, but Anthony offers a different attacking threat. He's scored four goals and provided one assist, which is massive coming from Burnley.

That's led to being the second-highest scoring midfielder in FPL, only behind Antoine Semenyo. In fact, only Erling Haaland has scored more goals than Anthony.

Hugo Ekitike Injury: Possible Replacements

Managers who held onto Ekitike were already bound to have doubts, as Alexander Isak has been integrated more into the squad. His possible injury in the Champions League this week should lead to more question marks and, therefore, transfers out.

Viktor Gyokeres ($9.0m) Arsenal home vs. West Ham

Gyokeres has shown his quality in the league against weaker opposition, though he's unsurprisingly struggled against other big sides. Arsenal have a favourable fixture swing this week, and this should lead to plenty of chances for the Arsenal No. 9.

In Gameweek 7, they face West Ham, who have conceded the most goals in the league, and further along in GW10, they play Burnley, who have conceded the second most goals in the league.

Nick Woltemade ($7.1m) Newcastle vs. Nottingham Forest

Woltemade has found his feet in the Premier League quickly, with two goals in three Premier League starts, including in the most recent game against Arsenal. He also got his Champions League tally off the mark this week with a goal against Union Saint-Gilloise on Wednesday.

On the downside, all three of his shots on target have gone into the back of the net, a rate that's unlikely to continue.

At $7.1m, he's one of the best mid-priced attackers in FPL with consistent minutes and the aerial threat he provides.
