FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Value Plays

FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Value Plays

This article is part of our FanDuel NBA series.

Tuesday brings a scheduling oddity in the NBA as none of the seven games on the docket start after 8pm EST. There is plenty of elite talent to choose from as the Cavaliers, Thunder and Wizards are all in action. Let's take a look at some of the better bargain plays available on FanDuel that will hopefully bring you a successful evening when paired with the right elite talent.

Point Guard
Trey Burke, $5,300, UTA:
Tuesday is the night of the point guards with Russell Westbrook ($10,900), John Wall ($9,500) and Kyle Lowry ($8,000) all in action. If you don't want to spend the big bucks on them, then Burke could be your man. Not only has he scored at least 15 points in three of his last four games, but he has also contributed at least one steal in each of his last five games. By posting at least 24.1 FanDuel points in three of his last five games, Burke has a low floor considering his price.

Shooting Guard
Langston Galloway, $4,800, NYK:
With Arron Afflalo (hamstring) unlikely to play again Tuesday against the Raptors, Galloway has another chance to be a solid value play. He has played at least 27 minutes in each of his last five games, resulting in three outings with at least 22.3 FanDuel points. There are not many elite options at shooting guard Tuesday, so Galloway might be a smart play that allows you to spend your money on other deeper positions.

Small Forward
Khris Middleton, $5,800, MIL:
Middleton doesn't get a lot of publicity, but he is a very solid player. Playing time will never be an issue with him as he has logged at least 35 minutes in five of seven games this season. His production has been excellent of late as he has recorded at least 30.1 FanDuel points in three of his last four games. Look for Middleton to put up another strong performance Tuesday against the Celtics.

Otto Porter, $5,500, WAS: Like Middleton, Porter is a workhorse for the Wizards as he has played at least 35 minutes in four of six games this season. While he has yet to establish himself as a superior offensive talent, Porter is making strides as he has scored at least 16 points in three of his last four games. He has posted at least 25.4 FanDuel points in three of his last four games, leaving him as a solid option again Tuesday against the Thunder.

Power Forward
Jared Sullinger, $5,200, BOS:
Sullinger has started the last two games for the Celtics and has really excelled by averaging 15.0 points, 9.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 2.0 blocks and 1.5 steals. Although starting has certainly provided his fantasy value with a boost, he has been solid on the season overall by posting at least 23.6 FanDuel points in four of five games. Sullinger should be considered a strong Tuesday against the Bucks.

Dwight Powell, $4,600, DAL: Powell continues to be one of the better plays on FanDuel as he is always priced low, but has contributed at least 23.6 FanDuel points in each of his last four games. The Mavericks don't have a lot of talent up front and they have turned to Powell to produce. He hasn't disappointed at this point and I don't think he well at this bargain rate again Tuesday against the Pelicans.

Center
Zaza Pachulia, $5,400, DAL:
There are slim pickings when it comes to bargains at the center spot Tuesday, but Pachulia has played very well of late by posting at least 29.3 FanDuel points in three of his last four games. As I mentioned earlier, it's not like the Mavericks have a ton of quality options up front, so Pachulia has been able to become a big contributor both for the team and FanDuel players. Stacking him with Powell could result in a solid bargain duo.
