Guards:
Jrue Holiday, NOP vs. HOU ($9,000): Holiday has been an absolute stud since DeMarcus Cousins went down, as he and Anthony Davis have taken over this team. Not only does he have at least 43 fantasy points in six of his last seven games, he's averaging over 40 fantasy points per game since Cousins went down. Holiday has had success against the Rockets this season as well, averaging 29 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 2.5 steals in two meetings against them.
Tyreke Evans, MEM vs. DEN ($7,700): Evans missed nearly a month of action due to a rib issue, which has lowered his price to this attractive number. He showed the sort of promise he can provide in his return, as Evans dropped 47.5 fantasy points against the Chicago Bulls on Thursday. It's actually the fifth time he's scored at least 36 fantasy points in his last six outings, and he's averaging 35.3 fantasy points per game for the season. The matchup against Denver may be the best part of this play though, as they're allowing the second-most fantasy points to opposing point guards.
Darren Collison, IND at WSH ($5,300): Collison has been coming off the bench in his four games since returning from a knee injury, though it seems likely he'll return to the starting unit here. That's evident by the fact that he scored 22 points in 28 minutes of action in his most recent game -- his two highest totals since his return. All that time missed lowered Collison's price to this tasty number too, as his 27.5 fantasy points per game for the season significantly outweighs his $5,300 price tag. Washington is really struggling against opposing point guards right now without John Wall too, as they're allowing the fourth-most fantasy points to them in their last five games.
Forwards:
Anthony Davis, NOP vs. HOU ($12,400): This price tag is a bit outlandish, but it's impossible to fade Davis right now. In fact, he's somehow not the highest priced player on the slate. That's a bizarre thing to consider, especially considering he's averaging over 65 fantasy points per game since DeMarcus Cousins tore his Achilles. It's the upside that truly makes Davis an elite option though, as he has at least 70 fantasy points in seven of his last 14 games. That's almost as many 70-point outings as every other player on this slate combined for the entirety of the season.
Jeff Green, CLE at CHI ($4,400): Green has been starting the last few games and he's shown glimpses of the player people had so much promise for just a few years ago. In fact, Green has at least 27 fantasy points in back-to-back games, as he averaged 30 minutes a game in that stretch. That's monster production from a $4,400 player, as he's traditionally a fantasy point-per minute player. Chicago is a fantastic matchup too, as they rank 24th in total defense.
Centers:
Marc Gasol, MEM vs. DEN ($8,100): Despite the fact that the Grizzlies have had a nightmare season, Gasol has quietly had a great year. In fact, he's averaging 38 fantasy points per game for the season, as he's scored at least 32 fantasy points in eight straight outings. Gasol has destroyed the Nuggets all season too, averaging 19.7 points, 8.8 rebounds and 7.0 assists in three games against them. This defense has only gotten worse since the all-star break as well, as they rank 29th in both total defense and defensive efficiency since.
Zaza Pachulia, GS at PHX ($3,600): There aren't many teams as beat up as the Warriors right now, as it's allowed Pachulia to climb back into fantasy relevance. In fact, Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, Jordan Bell, Omri Casspi, David West and Andre Iguodala are all nicked up right now, as it's possible that all of these players will sit out in the second half of a back-to-back set. All of these injuries have led to Pachulia's best three-game stretch of the season, as he has 87 combined fantasy points in that span. The icing on the cake is the matchup, with Phoenix ranking dead-last in points allowed and defensive efficiency while allowing the third-most fantasy points to opposing centers.
