This article is part of our CFB Waiver Wire series.
Welcome to another installment of the waiver wire watch. Throughout the college football season, I'll pick two guys from every conference who either caught my eye in the previous week or who have a favorable match-up in the near future. As always, I'll get to any questions or comments you have in the comments section below.
Jordan McCloud, QB, South Florida
The Bulls pulled the starting job from Blake Barnett after the first two weeks and McCloud thanked them with five total touchdowns (three passing and two rushing) in Week 3. The freshman dual-threat quarterback was on a bye this past week which means that he can be added right away for fantasy teams looking for a signal caller. While I'm a bit worried about the success being against just South Carolina State, I also know that SMU will prefer an up-tempo shootout with the Bulls this week.
Gabriel Davis, WR, UCF
Davis had a breakout Week 4 in the Knights' first loss with 10 catches for 151 yards and two touchdowns. He's available in roughly half of fantasy leagues and should be owned in all of them as UCF has one of the most efficient offenses in the nation. The junior has at least three catches in all four games this year and a total of five touchdowns. I haven't even gotten to the fact that he's averaging a ridiculous 19 yards per catch this season. UCF could realistically put up 60 or 70 points on
