Assuming a 12-14 team league, standard non-PPR scoring, 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (RB/WR/TE), here's my top-50 if everyone were guaranteed to stay healthy for 16 games and not be suspended or hold out. I'm not guaranteeing playing time or that guys returning from surgery are 100 percent back - only that we can see their year-end-games-played stat, and it reads "16". Note that RBs are significantly boosted, as their injury risk is always greatest, while most QBs fall (except for Michael Vick).
