Ahead of each Premier League gameweek, I'll take a look at sub-50 percent rostered players on Fantrax and Sleeper whose situations may have changed or improved, and assess whether or not they are worth a pickup in season-long leagues.

GOALKEEPER
Bernd Leno (40% Fantrax, 45% Sleeper)
Leno has scored at least five points through the first three matches of the season despite a tough schedule for Fulham. Things ease up for the Cottagers coming out of the international break as a home match against Leeds United, who have one goal through three matches looms, making Leno a great stream for Gameweek 4.
DEFENDERS
Nordi Mukiele (2% Fantrax, 4% Sleeper)
Mukiele drew his first league start since joining Sunderland in Gameweek 3, scoring 8.75 points during a 2-1 win over Brentford. Often a full-back, Mukiele lined up in the heart of defense in that match and was a monster as he posted nine clearances and five tackles during the victory. Mukiele and Sunderland take on Crystal Palace away in Gameweek 4 which means he could be in line for a similar defensive performance.

Kenny Tete (39% Fantrax, 44% Sleeper)
Tete has started and played the entirety of all three of Fulham's matches while lining up at right-back. The defender has shown a well-rounded game, totaling seven crosses and a chance created while not ignoring his defensive duties with 10 tackles and 10 clearances. Fulham draw an excellent matchup at the weekend and have the fifth-highest clean sheet odds on the slate.
MIDFIELDERS
Yeremy Pino (2% Fantrax, 48% Sleeper)
I talked about Pino in my transfer window article, but after one round of waivers following the deadline, he needs to be more widely rostered. Pino is a top-20 ranked player this week in our Fantrax and Sleeper rankings, and for good reason. At his best, I think Pino is capable of being a top-50 player the rest of the season, so go out and get him before others catch on.
Of course, monitor an ankle injury he suffered on international duty that may have an impact on whether he starts or not. But even if Pino misses Saturday's match, he's a pickup to have on your roster throughout the season, not just to stream for one week following the transfer of Eberechi Eze.
Harvey Elliott (15% Fantrax, 47% Sleeper)
Elliott was another player whose situation improved massively after he moved to Aston Villa on deadline day. The midfielder should immediately find himself in the No. 10 role at Villa, and I can see a pretty clear path to set pieces which would boost his floor.
He's another player who needs to be rostered now before others catch on as Elliott could also be a top-50 player the rest of the season given his improved playing time and the likelihood of a major role in the attack.
FORWARDS
Nick Woltemade (1% Fantrax, 82% Sleeper)
Another player mentioned in the transfer window wrap was Woltemade, who like Pino is also way too under rostered following the first round of transfers after the window. Woltemade should see a heavy amount of minutes as the starting striker for Newcastle following the departure of Alexander Isak. Yoane Wissa brings more Premier League experience, but he also can feature off the left wing, something he did previously at Brentford.
Rodrigo Muniz (48% Fantrax, 54% Sleeper)
It's Fulham week apparently aided by a home match against Leeds, but Muniz needs to be mentioned as he's started back-to-back matches ahead of Raul Jimenez in the No. 9 role. Muniz should be rostered as an available starting striker at a position which is always thin on the waiver wire. His lone goal came in Gameweek 1 during a substitute appearance, but he could be due with Fulham facing Leeds and Brentford in the next two gameweeks.
