PITCHER

J.A. Happ, TOR vs. BAL ($16,800): Instead of taking the easy way with Clayton Kershaw ($25,800), I'll roll with a couple pitchers in decent situations. Happ was a bit rusty to start the season, but he's come around in his last three starts, allowing four runs and one walk with 22 strikeouts. He should make it at least six innings against the Orioles, who strike out a ton against lefties with a 25.5 K% since the start of May. In June, that rate jumps to 29.5%.

Dinelson Lamet, SD vs. ATL ($14,000): I wanted someone that could provide upside in a solid matchup, and Lamet fits the bill. He gives up plenty of runs, but he's had back-to-back quality starts and his K% is up to 32.3. The Braves have a mediocre .318 wOBA against righties since May 1 and that could mean another good outing for Lamet.

INFIELD

Travis Shaw, MIL at CIN ($9,300): Shaw has a .401 wOBA and .288 ISO against righties with those numbers at .458 and .379 in June (67 plate appearances). Homer Bailey was roughed up in his first start of the season for eight runs in only 1.2 innings against the Nationals.

Justin Smoak, TOR vs. BAL ($8,400): Speaking of pitchers that recently got shelled, Ubaldo Jimenez just gave up nine runs and four walks in 2.1 against the Rays. Smoak has provided more power against righties this year (.297 ISO), so he's a reasonable player to back. He's also hit safely in 16 of his last 18 games, and Jimenez is far from reliable against lefties, allowing a .435 wOBA and 5.24 xFIP.

Scooter Gennett, CIN vs. MIL ($8,400): I went back and forth on this play, but Gennett should be worth it with a .404 wOBA and .287 ISO against righties (up to .470 and .433 in June). Jimmy Nelson has had some huge outings, but all of them came at home. In two recent road games at Atlanta and St. Louis, he allowed four runs in each and neither were quality starts.

OUTFIELD

Keon Broxton, MIL at CIN ($8,400): With the possibility of another Bailey blowup, I'll hope that Broxton can continue his hot bat with a hit in 13 of the last 16. Conveniently, Broxton has better numbers against righties this season with a .345 wOBA and .240 ISO. Bailey couldn't do anything right in his first start and that's the hope again.

Curtis Granderson, NYM at MIA ($7,600): Granderson has 11 hits in his last six games with four of them being homers. Granderson's .446 wOBA and .439 ISO against righties in June can't be beat by many and Jose Urena's 6.19 xFIP against lefties will come in handy.

Jacoby Ellsbury, NYY at CWS ($7,200):Aaron Judge ($11,100) is the easy play, but I've had success attacking bad pitching with cheaper options, so Ellsbury is the pick. Even through some struggles, he has a solid .347 wOBA against righties and that should be enough against James Shields. The righty hurler has one quality start in five tries and got ripped by the Athletics last time out. While he's only faced 57 lefties, he's allowing a .404 wOBA with a 7.95 xFIP.

UTILITY

Chase Headley, NYY at CWS ($7,500): I might as well keep attacking Shields with lefties given his struggles. Headley doesn't provide power, but you can usually count on him to get on base against a righty with a .361 wOBA. And since June 1, his wOBA against righties is up at .414.

Logan Morrison, TB at PIT ($8,800): Power remains a selling point for Morrison with a .426 ISO that stands out in June, as well as a .428 wOBA, both against righties. James Taillon is putting together solid starts, yet has reached more than 5.1 innings only once in his last six. To help Morrison, Taillon's K% against lefties is much lower at 16.7.
