St. Louis Cardinals vs. Miami Marlins Best Bets
Nolan Gorman over 0.5 total bases (-125 @ Caesars Sportsbook)
Gorman has been one of the few bright spots for the Cardinals. He's hit safely in three of his last four games and is hitting .250 with a .843 OPS since the beginning of August. That line isn't going to turn many heads, but it certainly stands out given all the struggles the Cardinals have had on offense of late. Hitting safely in 10 of his 14 games since the beginning of August, Gorman could be a solid bet to get on base with a hit again here -- even if he's hitless against Marlins RHP Edward Cabrera in two at-bats in his career, a small sample size. Gorman has hit .302 with 13 hits, five homers, 14 RBIs and 10 runs scored in 14 games against the Marlins in his career.

New York Mets vs. Washington Nationals Best Bets
Francisco Lindor over 0.5 home runs (+390 @ Bet365 Sportsbook)
One would think that most of the attention regarding the Mets would center around Juan Soto, but Lindor has been swinging a hot bat of late. The star shortstop has gone yard three times over his last four games and is currently on a six-game hitting streak, a stretch in which he's gone 14-for-25 (.560) with a 1.040 slugging percentage -- the highest in the majors among players with hitting streaks of five games or longer. Lindor is slashing .254/.315/.447 with a .762 OPS since the All-Star break, and he has launched five homers in that 27-game span. Don't be surprised if he does it again Tuesday in a game where the Nats will start RHP Jake Irvin, a pitcher who has given up 27 homers in 25 starts and 140 innings in 2025.

Cincinnati Reds vs. Los Angeles Angels Best Bets
Kyle Hendricks over 3.5 strikeouts (+110 @ Bet365 Sportsbook)
Hendricks is not known for being a pitcher who overpowers hitters, but he's been putting up solid strikeout numbers of late. The veteran right-hander might have lasted only 3.1 innings in his last start against the Dodgers, but he still managed to record four strikeouts, and he's fanned 10 over his last 8.1 innings combined against the Tigers and Dodgers. On paper, facing the Reds could be a more favorable matchup for the 35-year-old. Hendricks has recorded at least three Ks in six of his last 10 starts, so the floor and the potential to hit this mark are clearly there. This is especially true when considering the Reds rank sixth in MLB -- and second in the NL -- in total strikeouts with 1,090. They average 8.65 strikeouts per game as a team.
