New York Yankees vs. Toronto Blue Jays: Over 8.0 total runs, +120 @ DraftKings
The Blue Jays had an offensive explosion in Game 1 of the ALDS and cruised to a 10-1 victory over the Yankees. However, there are more things to see than just the final score. The Yankees had several missed opportunities, and their bullpen floundered down the stretch, so that's why the Blue Jays managed to pull away for good. However, it wouldn't be surprising if we're in line for another high-scoring matchup in Game 2.
The Yankees will send Max Fried to the mound, and the star hurler pitched 6.1 shutout innings in the Wild Card Round against the Red Sox, while the Blue Jays will counter with Trey Yesavage, a 22-year-old right-hander with only three starts at the major-league level. Fried gave up three or more earned runs in three of his four starts against the Blue Jays during the regular season, and it's hard to project Yesavage in a playoff atmosphere, though his 16:7 K:BB in 14.0 innings doesn't bode really well against one of the most patient offenses in MLB.
Considering the Yankees and Blue Jays ranked first and fourth in runs scored in the regular season, it's easy to see this game hitting the over in the run market.

Detroit Tigers vs. Seattle Mariners: Over 5.5 total runs, +120 @ BetMGM
Game 1 of the ALDS between the Tigers and Mariners finished with a 3-2 win for the Tigers in an 11-inning showdown, and Detroit has control of the series with ace Tarik Skubal, who fanned 14 in his Wild Card start against the Guardians, tabbed to take the ball in Game 2 on Sunday. However, both the Tigers and Mariners are capable of producing more offense than they did Saturday. Even if both teams will have star-level pitchers, with the Mariners countering with Luis Castillo (11-8, 3.54 ERA in the regular season), don't expect this game to be another low-scoring matchup as it was Saturday.
Both teams' bats need to wake up, meaning Game 2 on Sunday could see more than the five runs yielded in Game 1. The Tigers have scored three or fewer runs in three of their four postseason contests, but they ranked 11th in runs scored in the regular season, while the Mariners ranked 9th. Definitely, both teams are capable of doing a better job on offense than they did in Game 1.

Detroit Tigers vs. Seattle Mariners: Javier Baez to record 1+ hit, -130 @ FanDuel
Baez went 0-for-5 in Game 1 of the ALDS against the Mariners. However, he went 5-for-11 in the Wild Card Round against the Guardians, and the veteran infielder knows a thing or two after performing in the postseason. He's a free swinger and is not known for taking a patient approach at the plate, but that's the style that has worked for him all season long, and he should be able to bounce back in Game 2. Baez also went 5-for-14 against the Mariners in the regular season, so he should be good to record at least one hit in this matchup against Luis Castillo. Baez has never faced Castillo before in his career.
