After nearly one and a half years, England and New Zealand are set to face against each other for the first in the T20I match at Hagley Oval in Christchurch. England has a strong record against New Zealand in the T20 format with 10 wins in 15 matches. But, those numbers are expected to change as England decided to rest their experienced players like Joe Root, Jos Buttler and Ben Stokes for this series and have included many young and new faces in the squad. While on the other hand, despite Kane Williamson's absence, the New Zealand side looks well settled and they have plenty of veteran players to take on this series.
