                2025 Fantasy Outlook

Starks was always set to have high expectations as a rookie after being selected by the Ravens with the 27th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. However, the team could have realistically opted to bring him along slowly, similar to Kyle Hamilton in his initial pro campaign. However, that changed just weeks after he was selected when safety Ar'Darius Washington tore his Achilles during an offseason workout. That sets up Starks to work alongside Hamilton and make a huge impact both on the field and in fantasy box scores. He wasn't as athletic as anticipated at the combine, potentially the reason for his slip down the board relative to expectation, but Starks has a ton of experience from his time at Georgia and should be well-suited to make the required adjustment to be successful in the pros. Barring a veteran addition late in the offseason, Starks could quickly join the ranks of the elite fantasy defensive backs. Read Past Outlooks

Starks recorded 10 tackles (three solo) during the Ravens' 44-10 loss to the Texans on Sunday.
				ANALYSIS
The rookie first-rounder was on the field for every single defensive snap for a third straight game, and his 10 combined tackles were tied with Trenton Simpson for second most on the Ravens behind fellow rookie Teddye Buchanan (15). Starks has logged at least seven tackles in four of the first five games of the regular season and is up to 34 tackles (14 solo) on the year.
