The Skinny

Despite this being a rematch of the 2018 Finals where the Storm swept through the Mystics, Washington is expected to handle this game with ease as Seattle continues to miss both Sue Bird (knee) and Breanna Stewart (Achilles). The Mystics are getting by with a group effort, as six players are averaging double-digit points. Elena Delle Donne is leading team in scoring (14.0) and rebounding (7.4), while Natasha Cloud is the team-leader in assists (6.0).

The Storm, led by Natasha Howard, will attempt to pull off the upset on the road. Howard is putting up MVP-caliber numbers, averaging 19.6 points and 9.1 rebounds while helping to keep the injury-riddled Storm afloat. And while Jewell Loyd has struggled from the field, she's taken at least 11 shots in every game this season with a high of 21, giving her plenty of upside. Meanwhile, Jordin Canada has been getting her teammates involved, leading Seattle with 5.9 dimes per contest.

The Skinny

The Sun are six-point favorites for Friday's game, and a victory would give Connecticut its fifth straight win, helped by the fact that the team has avoided any significant injuries. Jonquel Jones has been a driving force behind the Sun's success, leading the team in scoring (18.0) and leading the WNBA in rebounding (12.1). Jasmine Thomas averages the most assists on the team, racking up 5.0 per game.

The Lynx, missing Seimone Augustus (knee) and Maya Moore (personal) will fall to .500 in the event of a loss Friday. Much of Minnesota's struggles this season can be contributed to a league-worst 19.1 turnovers per game. When the Lynx manage to hang onto the ball, Sylvia Fowles is the go-to scoring option. The Skinny

The Sparks won't get either Alana Beard or Candace Parker back from their injuries Friday, leaving the team to go to work with the group it has un out for most of the season thus far. Riquna Williams provided a massive effort off of the bench in Tuesday's contest, racking up season-high marks for both points (25) and assists (four). While that's likely an aberration, it does speak to the upside she can carry for tournament purposes. Tierra Ruffin-Pratt, Chiney Oguwmike and Chelsea Gray also supplied double-digit points in the last game, with Ogwumike falling just one rebound short of a double-double.

Phoenix could get Camille Little (questionable) back Friday, which would likely alter the rotational minutes slightly. Little averaged just over 16 minutes per game last season, though she may be limited to a smaller role initially until she can get up to speed. DeWanna Bonner once again checks in among the top-five budget differences between FanDuel and DraftKings, though the price deflation on FanDuel can be partially attributed to the bonus added for double-doubles. Essence Carson has seen her minutes decline on average over the last three games compared to the first three, resulting in a steeper drop in her price on DraftKings than on FanDuel.

The Skinny

Vegas is expected to post the highest point total on the slate Friday against the Liberty, entering the contest as 12-point favorites in a game that features the highest over/under on the slate. Kayla McBride leads the way for the Aces on the offensive end of the floor, dropping in 17.2 points and 5.0 rebounds per game over the first five and a season-high 25 in the last contest. She provides a fair amount of salary relief on FanDuel. New York's opposition knocks down 34.9 percent (fourth-best) of their 18.2 three-point attempts (fourth-fewest) on average, a category that McBride excels in. First-overall pick Jackie Young logged a season-high 30 minutes and posted her best line of the season with 11 points, eight boards, three assists and one steal, so she may be one to consider as well.

On the flip side, the Liberty, who started 0-4 before notching two straight wins, remains without four contributors due to overseas commitments and injuries. They earned a 10-point victory over the Aces at home last time out and will look to continue that success Friday. Rebecca Allen's absence resulted in Asia Durr and the rest of the starters seeing huge minutes against the Lynx last Saturday. More of the same may be on the way Friday, with Tanisha Wright and Reshanda Gray serving as the main options off the bench. Amanda Zahui B could fit in as a good option again Friday against an Aces club that turns the ball over 16.2 times per game (third most) and has the most shots blocked per contest (7.8).
