Pacers Pound Nets, 132-112
The Indiana Pacers defeated the Brooklyn Nets, 132-112, at Bankers Lief Fieldhouse on Saturday evening.

The Pacers (2-1) started and finished fast, which was key to what eventually turned out to be a comfortable victory. Indiana racked up an impressive 67 first-half points, but the Nets (1-2) kept the pressure on by tallying 58 of their own. The visitors continued to hang tough in the third, but the home squad finally pulled away by posting their best point total (37) of any quarter in the final period. As the combined point total implied, both teams shot very well. The Nets drained 47.7 percent of their attempts, while the Pacers generated a 55.4 percent success rate from the field.

Joe Harris and Caris LeVert led the Nets with matching 19-point efforts. Harris added three assists, two rebounds and one block, while LeVert hauled in four boards, dished out three assists, recorded two steals and managed one block. Spencer Dinwiddie supplied 13 points, four assists, one rebound and one steal. Rodions Kurucs and D'Angelo Russell registered matching 12-point tallies, while Allen Crabbe totaled 10 points and three rebounds in 25 minutes off the bench.

Victor Oladipo paced the Pacers with 25 points and also contributed seven rebounds, three assists and four steals. Kyle O'Quinn managed 16 points, eight rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal. Bojan Bogdanovic poured in 15 points and brought in two rebounds, while Tyreke Evans matched Bogdanovic's scoring total and also pitched in three rebounds, two assists, three steals and one block. Myles Turner (14 points, eight rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block), Darren Collison (13 points, three assists, two rebounds, one steal) and Thaddeus Young (10 points, two boards, two assists, two steals) rounded out the starting five's productive night.

The Nets remain on the road and next take the floor versus the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night, while the Pacers head to Minnesota and take on the Timberwolves in a Monday evening matchup.
