PICKS TO CLICK
Nikola Kalinic Over 13.5 Points+Rebounds+Assists (-125 bet365)
With Jared Butler out and Jordan Nwora likely joining him on the sidelines, the list of guards available for Red Star in Round 7 is limited, and Codi Miller-McIntyre is the only trusted ball-handler available. Luckily they have a utility man in Kalinic who can get an offense organized and under control, either by ball-handling or from the high post on occasion. As much as I'd like to go hard on Miller-McIntyre's props, they are priced very efficiently, so I'm taking the loop hole with Kalinic.
Devin Booker Over 12.5 Points (-126 FanDuel)
Barcelona is allowing centers to pile up the points, and Booker continues logging heavy minutes with several big men down for Milan. This game is going to be as slow as molasses so I'm not going to go too high with the ladder option, but Booker will have plenty of opportunities, so I'll sprinkle some on 15+ points as well, albeit very lightly.
Nick Weiler-Babb Over 14.5 Points+Rebounds+Assists (-135 bet365)
I have a feeling Shane Larkin could actually be held out for once, but not a strong one, as he was not even mentioned when Efes revealed its injury report despite his absence from the last domestic game. Jordan Loyd is listed, but he is expected to play. Still, neither player might be 100 percent, so I'm turning my attention to the stat-sheet-stuffer that is Weiler-Babb. Even if Efes runs its regular rotation, Weiler-Babb does so much in the peripheral categories that he can still get there.
