Guard

Devin Booker, PHX vs. LAL ($35): Booker has taken over this team since Eric Bledsoe left and it's evident in his form. Not only is Booker averaging 35 fantasy points per game for the season, he's coming off a 54-point gem in his most recent outing. This is a game worth exploiting too, as both of these teams rank top four in pace. That should benefit a stud like Booker, considering he's averaging 17 shots per game while leading the Suns in usage rate. The icing on the cake is the matchup, as he faces a Lakers defense that have allowed the second most fantasy points to guards across the last two seasons.

Lonzo Ball, LAL at PHX ($27): Ball just became the youngest player in NBA history to achieve a triple-double in his most recent outing, as he gets a matchup here against a team that he destroyed early on. In fact, Ball collected 54.7 fantasy points in his one matchup with the Suns, as they have struggled on defense for years now. Phoenix not only rank second in pace, they allow the most fantasy points in the league to opposing point guards. The fact that Ball dropped 70 fantasy points in his most recent game shows his upside and that's hard to pass up with such a tasty matchup in his favor too.

Guard to Avoid

Dwyane Wade, CLE at NYK ($21): Wade is being priced like he's still a legitimate fantasy option, when he's really not. The problem with Wade is that he's not getting the role he used to, as he's coming off the bench and handling the ball very little. Wade ranks fourth on this team in usage, and he's not even averaging 22 minutes per game. It's impossible to use a player who may play less minutes than his price tag and it's a simple case of fading a player who's over the hill.

Forward

Paul Millsap, DEN at POR ($33): It's taken time for Millsap to adjust to Denver's system, but he's starting to show why they signed him in the offseason. In fact, Millsap has at least 33 fantasy points in eight of his last nine games, as he's approached 100 fantasy points across his last two games. That form, along with the matchup, is what makes Millsap so enticing, as he faces a Portland defense that has ranked in the bottom 10 for three years.

Derrick Favors, UTA vs. MIN ($16): While Favors has disappointed fantasy owners up to this point, there's reason to believe he's about to go off. The biggest factor is Rudy Gobert's absence, as Favors should be asked to play more minutes. That not only gives him more opportunities for rebounds, it opens up the door for more offense as well. It's not like Favors has been a complete bust either, as he's coming off a 46.4 fantasy point blowup in his most recent outing. Not to mention, Minnesota is allowing the second most fantasy points to opposing power forwards this season.

Forward to Avoid

Khris Middleton, MIL vs. MEM ($31): Middleton has had a fantastic season for the Bucks, but one has to wonder where his shots are going to come to come from on this new-look roster. It was one thing when Giannis Antetokounmpo was dominating the ball, but it's another now that Eric Bledsoe is in the fold. In fact, Middleton is posting a usage rate of 20 percent since Bledsoe joined the team, as he took 14 shots or less in both games. That's a concerning development for Middleton, considering Bledsoe and Antetokounmpo have usage rates in the 30's. What makes it all the more difficult is the fact that Middleton faces the Grizzlies here, one of the best defenses in the league.

Center

Kevin Love, CLE at NYK ($32): Love has really thrived in his new center role, and he's gone off in his last three games. In fact, Love has collected over 145 fantasy points in those three games, as he's scoring and rebounding at will. What's really tasty here is the matchup though, as the Knicks are allowing the ninth most fantasy points to opposing centers this season. At just $32, Love is safe bet to exceed value, considering he's averaging 36 fantasy points per game for the season. .

Center to Avoid

Richaun Holmes, PHI at LAC ($16): The talent of Holmes is undeniable, but his role is simply not there right now. Not only is he locked behind Joel Embiid on the depth chart, he's yet to play 21 minutes in any game this season. That has led to him averaging just 13.5 fantasy points per game, which is nowhere close to his salary. The matchup just adds to the fact that Holmes is a bad play, as he'll be squared up against DeAndre Jordan, arguably the best defensive center in the league.
