Four weeks into the NFL regular season, it's worth looking at which players have excelled out of the gate. Using the updated RotoWire Fantasy Football Rankings, PFF.com, and Stathead.com, we developed an NFL All-Pro Team of The Month, featuring the most impactful players in the first month of the NFL season.

Offensively, it's hard to argue that anyone's done more in four games at quarterback than reigning MVP Josh Allen. Buffalo's QB ranks in the NFL's top 10 for completion percentage (70.2%), passing yards (964) and touchdown passes (seven) through four weeks.
Allen also has the fifth best QBR in the NFL, at 81.3, so it's easy to see why we have the Bills star as our QB1 for September. The Bills are among the Super Bowl odds favorites as well.
Jonathan Taylor of the Indianapolis Colts and Allen's teammate, James Cook, are the running backs on our all-September team.
Taylor leads the NFL in rushing yards (424) and yards per game (103.5). Cook is second in yards (401) and first in rushing touchdowns (five), while being the only other back to average north of 100 yards per game (100.3) in 2025.
Our All-Pro wideouts in September were Puka Nacua of the Los Angeles Rams, Seattle Seahawks star Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Amon-Ra St. Brown of the Detroit Lions. Trey McBride of the Arizona Cardinals joins them at tight end.
Nacua leads all wideouts in receptions (42) and yards (503), while St. Brown ranks fourth in receptions (27) and first in touchdown grabs (six). Smith-Njigba sits second in receiving yards (402) among WRs. McBride has the most receptions of any tight end, with 24 for 234 yards and a touchdown, serving as a safety blanket in Arizona's passing game.
In the trenches, tackles Jordan Mailata of the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles and Penei Sewell of the Detroit Lions are joined by guards David Edwards of the Bills and Houston Texans' veteran Ed Ingram, while Tyler Linderbaum of the Baltimore Ravens at center.

Defensively, the men who have stood out the most on the line in September are Aidan Hutchinson of the Lions and fellow defensive end Micah Parsons of the Green Bay Packers, with defensive tackles Cameron Heyward of the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Jets star Quinnen Williams rounding out the quartet.
Hutchinson has added four sacks and two forced fumbles to his impressive career totals, while Heyward (one sack and forced fumble), Williams (two forced fumbles and one sack) and Parsons (2.5 sacks) have done their fair share of damage for their respective teams in September.
At linebacker, Fred Warner of the San Francisco 49ers is joined by Jacksonville Jaguars fourth-year star Devin Lloyd and veteran Bobby Wagner of the Washington Commanders. Wagner has the most combined tackles (42), tackles for loss (four) and QB hits (three) of the three, speaking to the 14th-year stalwart's presence for Washington this season.
In the secondary, cornerbacks Isaiah Rodgers of the Minnesota Vikings and Jacob Parrish of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers made the cut, along with another Buc Antoine Winfield Jr., and Xavier Woods of the Tennessee Titans at safety.
Of the latter quartet, Rodgers and Woods are the only ones with an interception this season, while Rodgers is the lone player with a "pick six" in 2025. The fifth-year cornerback out of UMass took his lone INT 87 yards for a score.

Third-year Dallas Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey was one of three men to make our All-Pro special teams unit for September, joining punter Daniel Whelan of the Packers and returner Chimere Dike of the Titans.
Aubrey has hit on all nine of his field tries and 11 extra point attempts, with a long of 64 yards, helping explain why the 30-year-old has made consecutive NFL All-Pro teams to start his career.
Whelan is averaging 51.8 yards per punt in four games for Green Bay, with a long of 65 and a net of 42.9 yards per punt. Dike's rookie season in the Music City has seen him rack up 530 return yards on 21 returns, averaging 25.2 yards with a long of 71.
