The Skinny

The Mystics forge the most efficient offense in the league, owning a 107.2 mark that distances the team more than eight points per 100 possessions higher than any other club in the league. Natasha Cloud saw a season-high 38 minutes in the team's previous contest last Saturday and rewarded the Mystics with 18 points. She also attempted 11 three-point attempts, which could play up versus a Fever squad allowing a 35 percent conversion rate from deep. Indiana also sends the opposition to the free-throw line 18.4 times per contest, slightly bolstering the cases for Ariel Atkins and Aerial Powers. Atkins checks in as one of the top budget differential options in favor of DraftKings as well.

As eight-point underdogs, the high over/under in this contest doesn't completely rule out the usage of some Fever players. Washington allows a league-high 28.4 points per contest. Candice Dupree may be in the best position to take advantage of that, averaging 11.7 points per game as a key piece in the Fever's rotation. Natalie Achonwa checks in at a reasonable rate on both daily sites Friday as well and has seen her minutes rise in each of the last two contests.

The Skinny

The Sun, who have the best record in the WNBA at 11-6, have won two games in a row, and they'll look to continue their winning ways against the struggling Dream (5-12). Connecticut's most recent contest saw Jonquel Jones -- the team's leading scorer (15.7 PPG) and rebounder (10.3 RPG) -- drop 26 points and eight rebounds in the victory over Indiana. Jasmine Thomas is leading the way for the Sun in assists, dropping 5.5 dimes per contest.

Atlanta's most recent game ended in a close 77-76 loss at Chicago. Renee Montgomery, the Dream's assist leader (3.1 APG), tallied a team-high 23 points. Jessica Breland, who leads the Dream with 7.2 boards per game, mustered a 10-point, 11-rebound double-double. Tiffany Hayes leads the Dream in scoring (13.5 PPG), but she's not getting much help, as Atlanta owns the lowest scoring average (70.2 points), field-goal percentage (36.7%) and three-point percentage (28.3%) in the WNBA. Hayes also carries a questionable designation into the contest due to a hamstring issue.

The Skinny

The late game on the slate happens to feature the two stingiest defenses in the league as well. Las Vegas (90.9 defensive rating) paces the league, with Seattle (93.8) trailing not too far behind. Fortunately for DFS purposes, the Aces also play at the fastest pace in the league, allowing for some points to be scored despite the superb defense from both sides. The Storm have proven to be vulnerable to the three-ball, with opposing guards knocking down 36.1 percent of their 12.8 attempts per game. Kayla McBride may be the best player to take advantage of that. She's hit 46.8 percent of her shots from deep so far this season and has attempts 18 of them over the last three contests. Kelsey Plum may also slot in as a potential budget dart considering she averages 3.5 three-point attempts per contest.

While the opposition doesn't convert quite as efficiently against the Aces from deep, the volume of shots from behind the arc from opposing guards is the highest in the league (15.8) by more than one per contest. Opposing guards make a league-high 5.4 three-point shots per game. That may bode well for Sami Whitcomb yet again. Whitcomb is coming off of a 15-point, eight-assist performance against the Lynx and has now come up with double-digit points in four of the last five games. Her playing time may depend partially on the health of Jewell Loyd, however. Loyd is officially listed as questionable for the contest after missing seven straight games due to a significant ankle injury. Even if Loyd returns, it would likely be in a limited capacity out of the gates, but it could impact Whitcomb's minutes. The Aces have also been prone to having shots blocked this season. Although the Storm don't have a prolific shot blocker on the club, Natasha Howard and Mercedes Russell each had three Wednesday versus the Lynx and Howard has tallied 22 through 19 games.
