PITCHER
Tyler Chatwood, COL at LAD ($7,600):Jon Lester ($11,000) has a great matchup against the Phillies and has been pitching lights out this season. However, Chatwood offers a lot of salary relief and has been dominant away from home. His away ERA sits at 0.53 and the bats that could hurt him from the Dodgers are lefties. Against lefties on the road this season they have a paltry .137 wOBA and no home runs. It should be around a 50/50 prospect for a win, and the salary relief will allow for some big bats to be used in a lineup.
CATCHER
Brian McCann, NYY vs. LAA ($2,700): This pick is all about the price, as McCann was almost $4K earlier this season. While the shift has hurt is average numbers, DFS is all about finding home runs, and he's hit plenty in Yankee Stadium (20 dating back to the start of last season). He has a career .352 wOBA against right-handed pitching and now gets Matt Shoemaker, who is making his first career start at Yankee Stadium.
FIRST BASE
Wil Myers, SD vs. ATL ($3,300): Myers is one of the hottest hitters in the league, coming in with multi-hit efforts in four of his last five. He'll face off against Williams Perez, who walks almost three batters per nine innings and has a 4.86 ERA on the road this season. Myers has a fruitful power and speed combo, with nine home runs and going 6-for-7 on stolen base attempts this season.
SECOND BASE
Jurickson Profar, TEX vs. HOU ($2,900): Profar has gotten off to a hot start since joining the Rangers, and he's scored fantasy points in each of the nine games since being recalled. In fact, he has multi-hit efforts in seven of those nine and has staked his claim to the leadoff role. He has two home runs in only 38 plate appearances and has some speed on the base paths as well. Opposing pitcher Mike Fiers has struggled away from Houston this season, giving up a .409 wOBA on the road, and that mark goes to .498 against right-handed hitters.
THIRD BASE
Nick Castellanos, DET vs. TOR ($2,800): Castellanos has been in a bit of a slump but a trip from Toronto and J.A. Happ could change things. Castellanos had a .414 wOBA last season against southpaws and has a decent track record against Happ, going 3-for-6 against him. The Tigers have a .342 wOBA at home, suggesting they should get to Happ and into Toronto's secondary pitching.
SHORTSTOP
Wilmer Flores, NYM at PIT ($2,500): Whenever the Mets go up against a lefty, both Flores and Juan Lagares ($2,600) are good, cheap options. They'll face ex-teammate Jon Niese, who has allowed a .378 wOBA to right-handed hitters this season. Flores also comes in on a bit of a tear, scoring 15.2 and 21.9 fantasy points in two of his last three contests.
OUTFIELD
Rajai Davis, CLE at SEA ($3,100): Davis has been something of a spark plug for the Tribe this season, swiping 12 bags and hitting five home runs as a part-time leadoff guy. He has a career .348 wOBA against left-handed pitching and will face off against James Paxton, who comes in after getting shelled in his last start, giving up three earned runs and not making it out of the fourth inning.
Colby Rasmus, HOU at TEX ($3,200): It's not a bad idea to stack some Astros considering they'll be in Arlington and many have good numbers against opposing starter Colby Lewis. Rasmus had 21.7 and 22.2 fantasy points in two of his last three games and has a career .338 wOBA against right-handed pitching. Meanwhile, Lewis sports a 4.50 ERA at home and is giving up a .374 wOBA to right-handed hitters there as well.
Steve Pearce, TB at ARI ($3,200): While it was Logan Morrison and Evan Longoria carrying the Rays over the weekend, the true lefty-killer on the team this season has been Pearce. He typically hits cleanup against lefties and still has a lofty .542 wOBA against them this season. Robbie Ray has struggled at home against right-handed hitters, giving up a .453 wOBA, making Pearce a solid pick at Chase Field.
