We have five games scheduled for Tuesday night. 

In the early window, we have three games tipping off between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. ET. The Minnesota Lynx and New York Liberty have a WNBA Finals rematch on NBA TV at 7 p.m. ET, while the Connecticut Sun and Washington Mystics meet at 7:30 p.m. ET. At 8 p.m. ET, the Chicago Sky welcome the Seattle Storm to town. At 10 p.m. ET, the Atlanta Dream and Las Vegas Aces meet at Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, and that game can be viewed on NBA TV. The Phoenix Mercury and Golden State Valkyries also meet at 10 p.m. ET in San Francisco.

WNBA DFS Showdown Picks and Lineup Building Strategy

The Lynx (28-6) and Liberty (21-13) meet Tuesday night in a WNBA Finals rematch. These teams have met three times this season, and Minnesota has won three meetings by at least six points.

In the most recent meeting in Minneapolis on Saturday, the Lynx won 86-80 despite the fact Napheesa Collier (ankle) was once again sidelined. She is a game-time decision for Tuesday night but not expected to play due to a doubtful tag. 

In that loss over the weekend, Jonquel Jones posted 17 points, six rebounds and two three-pointers, while Sabrina Ionescu had 13 points and 10 rebounds for the double-double. The Liberty had five players hit exactly two three-pointers.

For the Lynx, Jessica Shepard posted 17 points and 10 rebounds, and Courtney Williams registered 26 points, five rebounds and five assists, while Alanna Smith ended up with 14 points, seven rebounds and four blocks.

WNBA DFS Showdown Picks and Lineup Building Strategy

The Sun (6-27) and Mystics (16-18) meet in the nation's capital, and both teams recently swung a trade at the deadline.

The Mystics shipped Aaliyah Edwards to the Sun for Jacy Sheldon. The latter has since suffered an ankle injury and will not face her former team. Edwards is averaging just 4.8 points and 3.3 rebounds, while averaging just 14.5 minutes per game, so that's the last we'll mention her, too.

Tina Charles leads the Sun in scoring with 16.1 points per game (PPG), while ranking second with 5.8 rebounds per game (RPG). Aneesah Morrow has really come on, posting 7.4 PPG and 6.2 RPG this season, and she has really stepped up lately. Morrow is averaging 10.7 PPG and 11.3 RPG in the past three outings, and she is a strong DFS value.

For Washington, rookies Sonia Citron and Kiki Iriafen give the team a bright future. Citron leads the team in scoring, now that Brittney Sykes is in Seattle after a deadline deal. Citron is averaging 22.5 PPG in the past two games, and she has at least 13 points in 10 consecutive outings. Iriafen has four straight double-doubles, going for 19.3 PPG and 10.5 RPG.

The Storm (17-18) and Sky (8-25) meet at Wintrust Arena, and Seattle is much healthier. The good news is that Ariel Atkins (leg) and Angel Reese (back) are game-time decisions. Atkins played last time out against Golden State, but she was just 3-for-10 from the field, finishing with seven points.

If Reese makes it back, Elizabeth Williams is likely to see her fantasy value crater, and Kamilla Cardoso is likely to see fewer boards, too. Meanwhile, Sevgi Uzun continues to start, but she is averaging just 3.0 PPG, 3.0 APG, 1.0 RPG in the past two games, shooting 25.0 percent (2-8 FG), so you can avoid her, even if she starts again.

Nneka Ogwumike leads the team with 18.3 PPG, but she will have plenty of obstacles in the paint, whether Reese plays or not. This might not be the best spot to play Nneka.

The Dream (22-12) and Aces (21-14) meet on The Strip, and Atlanta could find plenty of open spaces against a Las Vegas defense that ranks ninth in the WNBA in points allowed (85.3 PPG), defensive field-goal percentage (44.4 percent) and defensive three-pointer percentage (33.5 percent).

Atlanta has scored 78 or more points in three in a row, and seven of the past eight outings. Last time out in a win at Golden State, the Dream had five players in double digits, with Rhyne Howard going for 14 points and splashing in four triples. Te-Hina Paopao had 10 points off the bench, including a pair of three-pointers.

The Dream will be without Jordin Canada (hamstring) again, so Maya Caldwell and Paopao are likely to see plenty of run again.

The Aces are playing their best basketball of the season, rolling on a season-high seven-game win streak. Las Vegas dropped 106 points on the Dallas Wings last time out on Sunday, with A'ja Wilson going for 34 points and eight boards. Chelsea Gray had 10 points and 14 assists.

WNBA DFS Showdown Picks and Lineup Building Strategy

The Mercury (20-13) and Valkyries (18-16) wrap up the night at Chase Center in San Francisco. The Mercury have won the first two meetings, including a 78-77 win at Golden State on July 14 in the most recent battle.

Phoenix won 85-82 last time out on Sunday in Seattle, with Alyssa Thomas rolling up 19 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds for the triple-double, while posting three steals. Satou Sabally also had a double-double with 11 points and 10 boards.

It will be hard for the Mercury to get things done against the Valkyries, though, as Golden State leans upon its defense to get the job done. It has been an ace this season, as Golden State has played its way into playoff positioning despite being an expansion team.

Golden State is second in points allowed (79.2 PPG), first in defensive field-goal percentage (40.5 percent) and second in defensive three-pointer percentage (31.9 percent). As such, it might be a good idea not to use a Phoenix stack despite their success in the win-loss column against Golden State previously.

Emma Meesseman has given the Liberty tremendous production since joining the team in early August. In seven games, she has scored at least 10 points while going for three or more rebounds in six of seven games. She also has at least three assists in six of those games, while occasionally chipping in with a steal and a block, too. For the Sun, Tina Charles is the best of the lot, and her fellow frontcourt member Morrow is a rebound machine. While Connecticut doesn't win much, the cupboard certainly isn't bare. Cecilia Zandalasini has at least 11 points in five straight games for Golden State, and four or more rebounds in four in a row.

Diggins has averaged 31.5 FPPG, and she faces a Chicago team that ranks 13th in OPRK. It's a strong matchup for Diggins, as she should be able to make some noise from the perimeter. In the value area, Erica Wheeler is worth using, too, posting 22.5 FPPG, which is great news considering her mid-level salary. For Citron and Iriafen, those two rookies have been amazing for Washington. As mentioned, Iriafen has posted four consecutive double-doubles, while Iriafen has dropped at least 13 points in 10 straight games. Jade Melbourne continues to start for Washington, and at a moderate salary, she could exceed DFS expectations.
