Recommended Pickup

Shane Victorino, OF, BOS - Victorino has gone 10-for-26 (.385) with a double, home run, two RBI and four runs scored in seven games with the Red Sox since he was activated from the DL on July 19. Manager John Farrell went on record saying he plans to use the injury-prone outfielder about five times per week initially, and he's stuck to that plan by giving Victorino two days off since his activation. While the occasional day off may benefit Victorino in the short-term, he's an intriguing fantasy option for the rest of the season and still widely available in CBS (37 percent) and Yahoo! (49 percent) leagues.

Other Recent Recommendations:Shane Greene, Chase Headley, David Phelps, Odrisamer Despaigne, and Zach Putnam
