04/28/25- The Steelers drafted Kaleb Johnson in the third round of this year's draft, and he is likely set to be the early-down grinder and short-yardage RB. Jaylen Warren is likely set to resume his role, which was a change-of-pace runner with receiving work. Kenneth Gainwell and Cordarrelle Patterson will compete for depth snaps.
WR Overview
05/07/25- DK Metcalf was acquired via trade this offseason, and he should take on the No. 1 role in the run-heavy Pittsburgh offense. Calvin Austin, Roman Wilson, Ben Skowronke and Scotty Miller will likely compete for the number 2-4 roles.
TE Overview
04/28/25- Pat Freiermuth is the lead TE and was averaging 6 targets from Week 12 on, but he was the second option in the passing attack.
