Injury hotspots for Week 10 include Arizona's defense (especially the CBs), Seattle's wide receivers, the Chargers' offensive tackles, Atlanta's guards, Houston's offensive line, the Colts' defensive line and San Francisco's front seven.

Below you'll find four different categories, with our lists including key offensive linemen and defensive players whose absences might impact fantasy decisions. The bottom section, for potential game-day decisions, is sorted by kickoff times. It can be used as a checklist/cheatsheet for Sunday morning and afternoon when inactives come out and we need to adjust lineups. Before we get to the 'questionable' players, let's see who's definitely in and who's definitely out...

Truly Questionable / Game-Time Decisions 🤔

Early Games

Vikings RB Aaron Jones didn't return to last week's win at Detroit after suffering an AC joint sprain in the third quarter, but he managed limited practice participation Thursday and Friday this week, saying afterward that he's improving and may be ready by Sunday. It sounds pretty 50/50 to me, with Jones potentially coming down to a game-time decision. If he doesn't play, Zavier Scott will jump in on passing downs while Jordan Mason gets another shot as the lead runner.

Panthers WR Tetairoa McMillan was an end-of-week addition to the injury report after leaving Friday's practice early due to a hamstring injury. Panthers coach Dave Canales didn't seem to think it's serious but did acknowledge that there's concern for McMillan's availability this Sunday. If the rookie doesn't play, Xavier Legette and Jalen Coker will take on more prominent roles in a feeble passing game.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara should be fine to play through his ankle injury again, while Browns TE Harold Fannin (hamstring) is a mystery after being added to the injury report Thursday (as 'DNP') and returning to limited participation Friday. Devin Neal and David Njoku are the obvious beneficiaries if either of those guys doesn't play.

Late-Afternoon Games

Primetime Games

Green Bay's WR situation got murkier Friday, with Golden downgrading to non-participation and Heath added to the injury report. Romeo Doubs and Christian Watson (knee) appear fine, however, and they're the top two guys right now, in any case. The No. 3 job does matter more with Tucker Kraft (ACL) out for the season, but a matchup with Philadelphia's secondary is suboptimal.
