Hotspots on the final Week 4 NFL injury reports include Washington's passing game, Baltimore's defensive line, Green Bay's offensive line, Chicago's defense and San Francisco's wide receivers.
Below you'll find four different categories, with our lists including key offensive linemen and defensive players whose absences might impact fantasy decisions. The bottom section, for potential game-day decisions, is sorted by kickoff times. It can be used as a checklist/cheatsheet for Sunday morning and afternoon when inactives come out and we need to adjust lineups. Before we get to the 'questionable' players, let's see who's definitely in and who's definitely out...

Listed as Questionable - Should Play 👍
QB Baker Mayfield (biceps)
RB D'Andre Swift (hip)
RB Jacory Croskey-Merritt (knee)
RB Jaylen Warren (knee/rest)
TEs Tyler Higbee (hip) & Colby Parkinson (shoulder)
This list is unusually long this week. Croskey-Merritt was a full practice participant Friday, with his coach saying he looked good. Warren was listed as 'knee/rest', which seemingly indicates that he's fine to play. Mayfield/Higbee/Parkinson are all considered likely to play by their coaches. Swift is the one where we haven't heard as much, but he followed the same practice pattern last week (limited every day) and never seemed in danger of sitting.

Truly Questionable / Game-Time Decisions 🤔
Early Games
TE Jonnu Smith (hip)
Smith got his normal workload last week but didn't practice this Wednesday. He returned Thursday and Friday as a limited participant, making him better than 50/50 to play this weekend. Pat Freiermuth and Darnell Washington get significant snap/projection boosts if Smith doesn't end up playing (which he probably will).
Early Games
RB Chuba Hubbard (calf)
WR Tetairoa McMillan (calf)
WR Chris Godwin (ankle)
WR Dyami Brown (shoulder)
These guys all practiced to varying extents throughout the week and all seem more likely than not to play. In Godwin's case, we even have optimistic comments from coaches and reporters. For Hubbard and McMillan, it sounds like they're tentatively expected to play but may be treated as game-day decisions.
Canales is basically saying game-time decision for Hubbard and McMillan, but that the team was managing "soreness" for Hubbard, and "had a plan" for McMillan's reps this week - sounds like practice participation for both was done with intent to preserve availability for Sunday https://t.co/Pc4alX9yPM

Late-Afternoon Games
WR Davante Adams (hamstring)
WRs Jauan Jennings (ankle) & Ricky Pearsall (knee)
TE Colston Loveland (hip)
TE Isaiah Likely (foot)
Rams coach Sean McVay is perhaps the most honest coach in the league when it comes to injuries, although he'll sometimes refrain from commenting altogether. This isn't one of those situations, as he said Friday morning that he expects Adams to play. Adams returned to practice Friday as a limited participant, after sitting out Wednesday and Thursday. I'll take McVay at his word that Adams is better than 50/50, but it's a situation worth monitoring all the same. There's always a bit of extra concern when dealing with a hamstring injury for a wide receiver.
For the 49ers, there's likely more concern for Pearsall than Jennings, but nothing would surprise me here (besides maybe both sitting out). They both managed limited practices Friday to close out the week, and 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan previously said that Jennings almost played the week before (not sure I really buy that, FWIW).

Primetime Games
QB Justin Fields (concussion) - MNF 7:15 ET
TE Darren Waller (hip) - MNF 7:15 ET
TE Noah Fant (concussion) - MNF 8:15 ET
Full practice participation Thursday and Friday suggests Fields will be cleared from concussion protocol soon. It hadn't happened yet as of Friday evening, however, and there's always some chance the final exam doesn't go as expected. Either way, we should have a good idea by Sunday morning, even though the Jets play Monday night.
Key Defensive Players + O-Linemen
CB Joey Porter (hamstring)
LT Tristan Wirfs (knee)
CB Christian Gonzalez (hamstring)
LT Taylor Decker (shoulder) + DE Al-Quadin Muhammad (knee)
RT Jack Conklin (elbow)
RT Rob Havenstein (ankle)
CB Kyler Gordon (hamstring)

Rams WR Davante Adams (hamstring) and RT Rob Havenstein (ankle) will be questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts after limited practices today but both should play.
