Gameday Injuries: Week 10

This column is meant to offer our best predictions on what players will/will not play, as of 8 AM ET on Sunday. For the official active/inactive reports, please see our Latest NFL Player News.

We have a wild Week 10 injury report, as we're coming off the busiest Saturday of the season in terms of key players being confirmed for returns from various reserve lists and others being saddled with such designations. There's no shortage of news to sort through on that front, and several other key Fantasy assets also carried questionable tags into the weekend. With plenty to delve into, let's examine the latest on the health landscape as of early Sunday morning:

QUARTERBACKS

The Cardinals' Kyler Murray (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers after only managing a limited Friday practice this week. As per Saturday night reports, there isn't much optimism that Murray will be able to take the field versus Carolina. If that holds true, veteran Colt McCoy, who completed 22 of 26 passes for 249 yards with a touchdown while adding 23 rushing yards in Murray's stead against the 49ers in Week 9, will draw a second straight start.

The Packers' Aaron Rodgers was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday and will start versus the Seahawks, sending Jordan Love back to the bench.

The Seahawks' Russell Wilson was activated from injured reserve on Friday, and he'll start Sunday against the Packers and the returning Aaron Rodgers.

The Steelers' Ben

The Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday, sidelining him for Sunday's game against the Lions at minimum. Mason Rudolph, who completed 22 of 39 passes for 315 yards with two touchdowns and an interception in a Week 17 start versus the Browns last season, will helm the offense against Detroit, with Dwayne Haskins serving as his backup.

The Jets' Zach Wilson (knee) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Bills despite finishing the week with a full practice Friday. Mike White, who's recovered from his forearm injury suffered in Week 9, will start versus Buffalo with Joe Flacco serving as his backup.

RUNNING BACKS

The Saints' Alvin Kamara (knee) is out for Sunday's game against the Titans after missing practice all week. Mark Ingram, who just re-joined New Orleans two games ago, will serve as the de facto lead back versus Tennessee, while Dwayne Washington is likely to slot in as his primary backup.

The Jaguars' James Robinson (heel) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts after finishing the week with two limited practices. If Robinson were to miss a second straight game, Carlos Hyde, who compiled 73 total yards on 22 touches in the Week 9 upset win over the Bills, would once again serve as the primary back.

The Browns' Nick Chubb was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday and will not play in Sunday's game against the Patriots. With Demetric Felton also missing the contest for the same reason and Kareem Hunt (calf) still on injured reserve, D'Ernest Johnson, who racked up 146 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries in a spot start Week 7 against the Broncos, will serve as Cleveland's lead back once again Sunday.

The Patriots' Damien Harris (concussion) will not play Sunday against the Browns after being downgraded from questionable status on Saturday. Rookie Rhamondre Stevenson would be in line to see a bump in workload if he's able to get past his concussion, while Brandon Bolden and J.J. Taylor will also be teed up for additional opportunities.

The Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Browns after missing practice all week. If he sits out, Brandon Bolden could serve as the de facto lead back for New England since Damien Harris (concussion) has already been ruled out.

The Cardinals' Chase Edmonds (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, sidelining him for the next three games at minimum. James Conner, who compiled 173 total yards and three total touchdowns in a win over the 49ers in Week 9 with Edmonds exiting the game early, will serve as the lead back beginning with Sunday's game against the Panthers, with Eno Benjamin set to serve as his primary backup.

The Lions' Jamaal Williams (thigh) is out for Sunday's game versus the Steelers after missing practice all week. D'Andre Swift, who logged 17 touches and gained 51 yards against the Eagles in Detroit's Week 8 game before the bye with Williams out, should be primed for even more total touches than usual while Jermar Jefferson and Gordon Igwebuike will serve as rotational options behind him.

The 49ers JaMycal Hasty (ankle) is out for Monday night's game against the Rams after missing practice all week. Elijah Mitchell, Jeff Wilson and Trenton Cannon are projected to serve as the top running back trio versus Los Angeles.

The Chargers' Justin Jackson (quadriceps) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Vikings after missing practice all week. Joshua Kelley could be in line to serve as Austin Ekeler's primary backup again if Jackson sits out.

The Jets' Tevin Coleman (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Bills but did manage to work back to a full practice Friday. Michael Carter and Ty Johnson should continue helming New York's backfield even if Coleman is active.

The Browns' Demetric Felton (reserve/COVID-19) will not play Sunday against the Patriots.

WIDE RECEIVERS

The Cardinals' DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers after missing practice all week. As per early Sunday reports, there is significant pessimism Hopkins will be able to suit up. If he ultimately sits out, the returning A.J. Green and Christian Kirk should serve as the top two wideouts for either Kyler Murray (ankle) or Colt McCoy.

The Rams' Odell Beckham is cleared from the shoulder injury that saddled at the end of his time with the Browns, and per Saturday reports, will play Monday night against the 49ers. With Robert Woods being placed on injured reserve Saturday with a torn ACL, Beckham should jump right into as significant a role as his grasp of Los Angeles' playbook allows.

The Chargers' Keenan Allen (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings but finished the week with two limited practices. Per Saturday night reports, Allen is expected to play versus Minnesota and fill his usual voluminous role.

The Buccaneers' Chris Godwin (foot) is questionable for Sunday's game versus Washington after only managing a limited practice Friday this past week. However, as per Saturday evening reports, Godwin is expected to suit up. If he were to have a setback, Tyler Johnson would move up to the No. 2 wideout spot with Antonio Brown (ankle) ruled out.

The Buccaneers' Antonio Brown (ankle) will remain out for Sunday's game versus Washington after missing practice all week. Tyler Johnson, who posted a 5-65 line in Week 8 against the Saints in Brown's stead, will serve as the No. 3 receiver at minimum again Sunday.

The Titans' Julio Jones (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, sidelining him for at least the next three games. Top receiver A.J. Brown will naturally be a primary beneficiary, but Chester Rogers and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine should also see a significant boost in opportunity behind him.

The Steelers' Chase Claypool (toe) is out for Sunday's game against the Lions after missing practice all week. In his absence, Diontae Johnson and James Washington should serve as the top two wideouts and see extra targets, while Ray-Ray McCloud could also see some extra downfield looks.

The Cardinals' A.J. Green is off the reserve/COVID-19 list and will return Sunday against the Panthers following a one-game absence. With DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) trending toward not playing Sunday, Green could well serve as the top wideout versus Carolina.

The Rams' Robert Woods (knee) was placed on injured reserve on Saturday with a torn ACL, ending his season. Cooper Kupp, new arrival Odell Beckham and Van Jefferson should all benefit from his absence to varying degree.

The Jets' Corey Davis (hip) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Bills but managed to work back to a full practice Friday after opening the week with two limited sessions.  As per late-week beat writer reports, Davis is expected to return after a two-game absence. However, if he suffers a setback, Jamison Crowder should serve as New York's top wideout once again, with Elijah Moore and Keelan Cole in line for larger roles as well.

The Cardinals' Rondale Moore (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Panthers after only managing a limited practice Friday this week. If Moore suits up, he should be in line to serve as the No. 3 receiver behind A.J. Green and Christian Kirk with DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) likely to sit out.

The Cowboys' Michael Gallup (calf) was activated from injured reserve Saturday, leaving him poised to return to action after a seven-game absence. Gallup's return brightens the prospects of quarterback Dak Prescott and will lead to a diminished role for Cedrick Wilson (shoulder) if he suits up.

The Broncos' Tim Patrick (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles but finished the week with two limited practices after missing Wednesday's session altogether.

The Washington Football Team's Curtis Samuel (groin) will remain out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers after once again missing practice all week.

The Patriots' N'Keal Harry (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns after practicing in limited fashion all week.

The 49ers' Mohamed Sanu (knee) will not play Monday night against the Rams after missing practice all week.

The Washington Football Team's Dyami Brown (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers after practicing in limited fashion all week.

The Cowboys' Cedrick Wilson (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons after only managing a limited practice on Friday this week.

TIGHT ENDS

The Buccaneers' Rob Gronkowski (back) will remain out for Sunday's game against Washington. O.J. Howard and Cameron Brate will continue to handle tight end duties for Tampa Bay.

The Steelers' Eric Ebron (hamstring) is off the injury report and will play Sunday against the Lions, but rookie Pat Freiermuth, who's posted a 16-145-3 line on 20 targets over the last three games, should continue to enjoy a consistent role.

The Bills' Dawson Knox (hand) is off the injury report and will play Sunday against the Jets.

The Broncos' Noah Fant is off the reserve/COVID-19 list and will start Sunday against the Eagles.

The Broncos' Albert Okwuegbunam (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles but finished the week with two limited practices.

The Patriots' Jonnu Smith (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns after practicing in limited fashion all week. Smith has been playing through the injury the last several games, but if he were to be sidelined Sunday, it would equate to a larger role for Hunter Henry.

KICKERS

The Patriots' Nick Folk (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns but is expected to continue playing through the issue.

The Lions' Austin Seibert (hip) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, sidelining him for the next three games at minimum. Ryan Santoso was elevated from the practice squad and will serve as Seibert's replacement beginning with Sunday's game against the Steelers.

KEY DEFENSIVE PLAYERS

Cornerbacks

The Rams' Darious Williams (ankle) is questionable for Monday night's divisional clash with the 49ers.

The Saints' C.J. Gardner-Johnson (foot) will not play in Week 10 against the Titans and is headed to injured reserve.

The Chiefs' L'Jarius Sneed (ankle) is questionable for Sunday night's game against the Raiders.

Safeties

The 49ers' Jimmie Ward (quadriceps) is questionable for Monday night's game against the Rams.

The Chargers' Nasir Adderley (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Vikings.

The Cardinals' Budda Baker (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers.

Defensive Linemen

The Panthers' Brian Burns (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

The Eagles' Josh Sweat (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Broncos.

Washington's Montez Sweat (jaw) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, sidelining him for the next three games at minimum.

The Colts' DeForest Buckner (back) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

The Packers' Kenny Clark (back) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Seahawks.

Linebackers

The Vikings' Anthony Barr (knee) is out for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

The Patriots' Kyle Van Noy (groin) is questionable to face the Browns on Sunday.

The Patriots' Dont'a Hightower (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns.

The Rams' Von Miller (ankle) is questionable for Monday night's game against the 49ers.

The Buccaneers' Jason Pierre-Paul (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's game against Washington.

The Titans' Rashaan Evans (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Saints.

The Chargers' Joey Bosa (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

The Patriots' Jamie Collins (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, sidelining him for the next three games at minimum.

The Bills' Tremaine Edmunds (hamstring) will not play against the Jets on Sunday.

The Raiders' Nick Kwiatkoski (ankle) is out for Sunday night's game versus the Chiefs.
